Had a great dinner. The food was amazing. Live music. Had a table of 8, and we were served with great haste. The singer was amazing and kept the energy of the restaurant great.

Pleasantly surprised. There are so many italian places close by. But cicciottis was above expectations. The pasta, gnocchi and pizza was so good. There was no one in the restaurant so we were confused it was even open. But the bartender was doing double duties as bartender and server and was very nice. We were so happy with the quality of the food. There's a few other Italian spots within a quarter mile and they are not nearly as tasty as this was. Bravo.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Cicciotti's Trattoria Italiana & Seafood in Carlsbad, California. The food is stellar, with everything homemade. The tagliatelle bolognese is simply amazing—the best I've ever had. The meatballs are superb, and the lasagna is out of this world. The fettuccine Alfredo ranks among the best I've tasted. The mozzarella fritta appetizer is fantastic, and the dinner bread with tomato olive oil dip is incredible. The service was top-notch, and our server Orlando was awesome. Highly recommend this gem for an unforgettable Italian meal!

Staying near by and was looking for things to do and Cicciotti’s came up on Groupon. It was a nice place. Loved the atmosphere and good outdoor area. Service was good. It was not very crowded. We got a patio seat with our English Bulldog, Mushy. They gave him a bowl of water and a milk bone for his appetizer. Loved they had a dog menu and ordered a grilled meatball for Mushy which he devoured. I got the Cannelloni and my husband got the surf and turf. We were given Pappa al Pomodoro before our meal. It was delicious, with two types of bread. The steak with the surf and turf was a perfect medium rare. The butter and Gorgonzola sauce was a great addition. We wanted dessert so we ate half our meal and took the rest home with a tiramisu. Felt like it was a bit over priced, but still give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was our first time eating here and we sat at the bar. There was a graduation party going on and live music inside. The music was good, but a little loud inside for how small the restaurant was. It took forever for us to be greeted or asked for drinks at the bar. They weren’t busy either. We waited a good 15 minutes before we ordered our drinks. We knew what we wanted to eat by that time, so we ordered food as well. When our food finally came out, my order was wrong. I have a gluten sensitivity and ordered GF pasta. The pasta came out and I knew right away it wasn’t GF. It took a few minutes to get the bartenders attention. I ended up grabbing someone else to ask for them to fix my order. It came out and my husband was halfway done with his meal at that point. The food was good, tho. We asked for our check and weren’t even compensated for the wrong meal. Can’t say I was impressed with the service. Not sure if we will be back.
