I was trying to book a trip to Legoland Hotel in California; accidentally, I booked Legoland Hotel in Florida. I didn't realized that until I got the confirmation email. Immediately, I started to contact with the hotels to correct this. But the only way to update or cancel a trip is to call the number 888-690-5346. But the phone call never goes through. Every time I call, it's saying 'We are experiencing extremely high call volume, blah blah...', and hangs me up.
Let me tell you this was above and beyond experience and better than what we had expected! I booked a 2 night hotel stay before COVID and it got cancelled with the pandemic so I decided to just keep the credit so we can treat ourselves to a LEGOLAND experience once things got better. A year later I booked my reservation on the phone for 2 nights, but when we arrived to the hotel after a full day of being at LEGOLAND they said it was only for one night. I was super disappointed that the LEGOLAND Associate on the phone used my 2 night credit only for a one night stay. I didn’t want to argue since we just wanted to go to the room and sleep as we were super exhausted. The next morning I called the front desk and explained my situation to Lily. She said she would call the call center for me and figure it out. Within an hour she got us another night stay at no additional cost and also upgraded us for the inconvenience of having to go through the situation. Lily from LEGOLAND went above and beyond what I had hoped for and I was so thankful that she was my biggest advocate to get the extra night that was on our original plan and went above and beyond and booked us a suite! We are super pleased with LEGOLAND and plan to come back as we have an annual pass to LEGOLAND and looking forward to many more memorial experiences!
Recently took my family to legoland and Jasmin C within the castle hotel restaurant was awesome! Two years ago we ate at the same restaurant and had a terrible experience with a waitress. She had such a bad attitude, made me wonder why she was customer facing. My wife even made a comment about it before our recent visit. Jasmin C changed my wife's mind! She was very attentive to all of us and was so pleasant. More waitresses need to be like her! Thanks again Jasmin!
We accidentally booked two reservations (my wife thought she was supposed to, and I thought i was supposed to). So we want to go...just need to cancel one of them (hers...mine is better!). We are so upset as we have been unable to reach ANYONE at Legoland. The phone number constantly is busy, or it says it is closed (when it is 10am!), or it says it is too busy to take calls. There are no CHATS available on the site or any way to contact you! What are we supposed to do??? This seems like it should be so easy.
My wife and I made a vacation reservation about a month ago to stay at the Legoland Hotel arriving today. We are foster parents and 7 days ago we had a premature newborn placed with us who was just released from the hospital. We have been trying to call the 833-710-5346 and 888-609-5346 numbers for 7 days and can not get through to anyone. It says there is "extremely high call volume" and after about 3 minutes of waiting it hangs up on me. If I hit the number to change or modify our reservations it just indicates that I need to try again at another time. We were hoping to change the date of our reservation so we can get our little guy situated and regulated in our home. We live in southern California and both work so we would call anytime we had a chance over the past 7 days. We even called Legoland customer services but they could not help us and they just gave us the same number I have called 50 times over the last week. He apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned that he has heard the same thing from some other customers. He gave me this email but I have no idea where this is going to end up and if whoever reads it has any power to help us. I also tried calling the Legoland Hotel at 760-444-5600 and the same thing happened. Just hangs up on me. They give the option to select a number that will allow you to discuss or change an upcoming reservation and when you select the number it hangs up on you!!! It's totally crazy!! You are required to call at least 5 days in advance and we have been trying for 7 days with no luck. Plus the hours they are willing to take calls are from 9 am to 5.pm. That's nuts!! We spent $2200 on a hotel stay and park tickets and were supposed to be there today. They are going to take our money and we will get nothing. We can't afford to lose over 2 thousand dollars. Is there anyone out there who can help us or direct me to someone who can help us. I would drive there but we live far away, unfortunately.
