Ordered a birthday cake and when I went to pick it up today the store is closed and no one answers the phone. The voicemail is full!

My chocolate ice cream was freezer burnt. It tasted horrible and I threw away all $11 worth. It was melting everywhere. Will absolutely never ever go back

It's super dirty in there and hot ! Ice cream is super soggy and my niece ordered the Barbie ice cream nothing like the picture? Ordered a milkshake and they didn't have large cups so this was the performance. You guys have 2.5 stars and seems like you do nothing about it still

Saddest and worst cold stone experience ever. Got Oreo overload. Might as well have just been sweet cream ice cream. Don’t go to this location. Waste of money and not the cold stone product I was hopeful for.

After we had knockouts pizza we wanted some ice cream. So there was a family in front of us so we had to wait a few minutes. As we were waiting I noticed something running across the counter. After looking closer I notice it was a cockroach. They had already started making our ice cream we walked out because that was unsanitary
I ordered a cake for my Granddaughter's 3rd birthday. I paid the regular price plus a 20% tip for it. The cake was not ready. There were no other cakes to substitute. No refund either

The service was bad they were mean and I found a bunch of hair in my ice cream no hair nets and I saw cockroaches crawling behind the desk. Horrible place don't go there.

One kid behind the counter, his first day and Lima line out the door. Kid did great but I watched multiple people either leave or walkout do to the long wait. There was a second person there but they were in the back sick. Easy money and sale missed out on. Again, the new kid Day 1 was awesome. Hope he comes back tomorrow after this.

Staff is nice, just poorly managed. Not clean. Not enough staff. Would recommend going to Handels over this Cold Stone and I love Cold Stone Waited 45 min. Didn’t even have a popular flavor of ice cream in stock (sweet cream).
