Both the burgers and the hot dog were absolutely delicious. The sauces had a unique twist compared to what we’re used to, which made the whole experience even more special. We loved every bite! If you’re a true burger lover, Cosmos Burgers in Carlsbad is bound to become your new favorite spot.

Guys, if you like an old fastion an OG style burger, this place is a must. Just WOW, it's so delicious, I know that when I'm in the Carlsbad area again, I'm stopping here again. If so, I am grateful for finding this spot. The Monkeys fries and the onion rings are fantastic. I can't say enough on how good this joint is. Like always, my brothers and sisters feed your food souls . God bless

We were just looking for a quick snack-fries and cauliflower bites, with ranch for dipping.
The fries, nothing memorable. Not particularly crisp, not very seasoned. The cauliflower “bites” were huge pieces of cauliflower (half a fist) with more batter than veggie-and no seasoning. The “ranch” tasted like mayo, and looked like mayo with parsley flakes. No detectable seasoning-just plain mayo flavor.
Server was friendly. But I still had yo find a different snack.

This was HANDS DOWN the BEST burger I have ever had! The Blue Cheese burger is out of this world. The freshest ingredients, the beef and bun will melt in your mouth- pair with a great Hazy and you are good for the day!
