I recently found out about it here and I love it. It’s so good and I think it’s pretty fresh. I got the buffalo chicken salad with both ranch and blue cheese on the side. I loved it. We got a small soup and my partner got an Italian panini I believe. They loved it. They were fast and the atmosphere was very calm. It wasn’t very busy when we went in but shortly after it got busy busy. I definitely enjoy it here so much!

I had vegetarian panini sandwich. It was great. There are offers to have 1/2 sand watch and 1/2 soup but I went with full size of veggie panini.

I have purchased 3 lunches since Croutons moved down to the new location. All were a disappointment and not the former quality. Today, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken with wild rice soup (tomato basil not available AGAIN). I got home and I had been give minestrone not chicken rice!I won't be back.

I have been going to Croutons for nearly 10 years! Mostly was at the Sorrento Valley location as I worked near there. I have been to this Carlsbad location a few dozen times over the last few years and they are awesome. Very generous portions on the salads. Very reasonably priced as well (many other places you are paying $15+ for same size salad). So many varieties to choose from. Our go-tos are the Cobb, BBQ chicken, Tuna, Mandarin and we also like to customize sometimes. You can ask for extra croutons too at no charge. Their brownie bites (called crouton bites) are so delish! Always consistent and fresh products used. I only wish they offered door dash delivery and had longer operating hours as it is challenging to go between 10:30am-2pm. I would like the option to pick up in the late afternoon to have for dinner. DO NOT go during standard lunch hours between 12-1pm or you will be waiting forever. Best time to grab and go is right when they open or close to close and the wait is little to none

I had the pesto panini and the Mediterranean salad. Pretty good, but I found this fly head in my salad. It was clearly drenched in the dressing so I know it had been there a while.

Just one of many restaurants in the Islands food court. It is mostly where people from the nearby businesses come for a fast lunch. There is a good selections of panini's, flatbread sandwiches, soups, and salads. Seems like fresh ingredients and the service is very quick.
