I didn’t expect anything from a food court type of place, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a pretty decent vermicelli bun with chicken and prawns. Nice service as well!

I ordered the OG spring rolls with tofu. The rolls were sparsely filled and the “special homemade peanut sauce” was terrible. It was a nasty mix or soy sauce and peanut sauce. Do not recommend. How do you mess up spring rolls?

Delicious Pho!! Ordered the pho with beef that the cashier recommended. And the OG Spring Roll. Everything fresh and fairly authentic from my experience Americana-Vietnamese dining goes. Highly recommend! The overall Food Hall is super busy with literally everyone. Padres Game #5 playing. Initial orders were to go but we found an available table… so we endured the loud crowd 😎

I wasn’t expecting a full on food hall when I asked my gps to find me some vegan pho in Carlsbad. It’s pretty nice and there were so many great options but I was craving pho.

There is plenty of seating and the feel is modern but inviting.
I ordered the vegan pho. The broth was excellent. It was better than most I’ve had. I do wish it had more broccoli and less noodles. The tofu was good but I really like fried tofu in my pho. I’d have it again for sure. Regular tofu is better for me anyhow.

My daughter ordered a kids plain noodles with broth Pho (no meats, no add-ins) and after waiting for 20 minutes and seeing multiple people who ordered after us getting their food before us my daughter went to ask about hers. (Also because we were on a schedule and didn't have all the time in the world today). She was told something went wrong with her order and the cashier put in a new order for her at that time. Unfortunately, she failed to alert the cooks that this order needed to have higher priority because it was previously messed up and again we watched several other orders going out while hers was still just in the queue. So I finally went up there myself and inquired. The cashier was not apologetic in the slightest and gave me sarcastic smiles when I explained to her that we were kind of in a hurry at this point. (Again, this was the simplest thing you can order- plain noodles in broth. It should have taken no more than 5-10 minutes max). I realize mistakes can happen but what matters is how you fix them. They didn't bother to make it right at all and again, their cashier had an attitude about it. Finally we got her Pho but by then she only had 3 minutes to eat it (and it was too hot to eat right away) so she got two bites in before we had to pour it into a to-go container. But we had to pick up my son across town so it was almost an hour later before she actually could eat it because we were stuck in the car (and you can't really eat Pho in the car). We won't be bringing our business here again - especially when there are so many other wonderful options to choose from there in the Windmill! (The sushi burrito place right next door is awesome, by the way!).
Lobster Pho, chicken wings and oxtail fried rice are fantastic. Try the fresh coconut water out of coconut

Super fun place for a group of people. Something for everyone here, lots of options for kids and adults alike. This place is popular though, so plan to wait for your food and a place to sit. There’s a bar for adults and outdoor seating. We loved it!
