I’ve eaten here a few times and the pho just doesn’t come with enough meat. The last two times I asked for extra meat, and the cashier said it would be possible, but it was still just a few thin slices. Anyway, we come to the windmill food hall because there is something for everyone and the kids have a good time. I’m going to start ordering at one of the other establishments though.

Terrible food. Not sure what happened here. We used to come here quite often and it was never this bad. Ordered two broken rice plates. There was hardly any meat. Maybe 3 oz tops - and meat was dry, shrunken and hard to chew. And it was almost $40. Should have gone to In-N-Out instead. Skip this place. It’s gone to the dogs.

This place had pretty good Pho. Especially in the SD area where Viet cuisine is scarce, the pho was most similar to the pho i have at home. The workers were nice and I had a fun time with my family here.

The 1 star is for the young man who’s name starts with C (you know who you are) who worked the counter at closing tonight. He took out his Invisalign out of his MOUTH, DID NOT WASH HANDS and proceeded to handle and put my bowl of soup on the tray along with the side of bean sprouts etc, and hand it to me! He continued to prepare trays etc and carry on, seemingly oblivious that his saliva is now on everything. Complete lack of hygiene and although I did not say anything to him I could not eat the meal.

The tall asian woman who takes your order is rude and talks bad about you in Vietnamese when you don't leave her a big tip for doing nothing other than taking your order (she doesn't realize I speak her language). When she is there, the portions are also smaller than usual. The few times she wasn't there, our experience was great with each of the men who were at the front. Highly recommend going elsewhere when you see her at the register.

I guess I forgot to take a picture here but solid pho. Portions a bit small. Sprouts and mint were fresh. Broth flavorful. One of the better options in this food hall.

I didn’t expect anything from a food court type of place, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a pretty decent vermicelli bun with chicken and prawns. Nice service as well!

Delicious vegan options

I ordered the OG spring rolls with tofu. The rolls were sparsely filled and the “special homemade peanut sauce” was terrible. It was a nasty mix or soy sauce and peanut sauce. Do not recommend. How do you mess up spring rolls?
