I’ve eaten here a few times and the pho just doesn’t come with enough meat. The last two times I asked for extra meat, and the cashier said it would be possible, but it was still just a few thin slices. Anyway, we come to the windmill food hall because there is something for everyone and the kids have a good time. I’m going to start ordering at one of the other establishments though.

This place had pretty good Pho. Especially in the SD area where Viet cuisine is scarce, the pho was most similar to the pho i have at home. The workers were nice and I had a fun time with my family here.

Delicious Pho!! Ordered the pho with beef that the cashier recommended. And the OG Spring Roll. Everything fresh and fairly authentic from my experience Americana-Vietnamese dining goes. Highly recommend!
The overall Food Hall is super busy with literally everyone. Padres Game #5 playing. Initial orders were to go but we found an available table… so we endured the loud crowd 😎
