Just found this new treasure!! Such amazing treats, we had them to celebrate a birthday and couldn’t wait to dive in!

The combination of the flavors of the pistachio torta was divine. highly recommend.

I had The Vesuvio in Ciabatta, and it was honestly the best sandwich I've had in a while. The ciabatta bread was the best I've ever had, the prosciutto was great, and their homemade mozzarella really shined through - you really can't match amazing homemade mozzarella. The tender sweetness just goes super well with the saltiness of the prosciutto as well as the texture of the arugula.

What I also particularly enjoyed was the homey atmosphere of this place. There's just an unmatched level of warmness and friendliness coming from this Italian family run business. Everyone was so friendly here - big smiles, friendly chats and great service. All of this made the food taste even better!

I'll definitely come by again next time I'm in the area. There's so much more I want to try!

If I can give this place a zero I would. Insanely overpriced pastries that don't even taste that good. Lower your price or at least improve the quality of the food you serve if you want to keep charging people at absurd prices for mediocre pastries.

Authentic Italian bakery & deli. A must experience. Go out of your way for it. Trust me.

Dolce Aroma is such a gem! I’ve been here twice in just a couple of weeks to grab desserts for our dinner parties, and every time, they’ve gone above and beyond. I’ve placed last-minute, same-day orders for bulk desserts, and they’ve still managed to accommodate with such kindness and ease.

Not only is the service amazing, but the desserts are so good —my Italian friends even commented on how delicious everything tasted 😊🙌

If you’re looking for a cozy, high-quality Italian bakery that actually cares, this is the spot. Can’t wait to come back again!

This was our first time in and the space is so welcoming and inviting. The owners were super kind and friendly and I absolutely can’t get over how incredibly delicious the pastries and treats are! The chocolate cheesecake ganache is the best I have ever had, no contest! Will be back in again soon!!

I have used desserts from Dolce Aroma for couple of parties and they are SIMPLY FANTASTIC! Has the limoncello cake last night and my guests literally fought to see who could take home the leftovers! Definitely would recommend this bakery!

After an afternoon jaunt around the Elfin Forest in Escondido, my friend & I wanted to go for a cafe & snack. With just a simple (google) search, we truly lucked out by coming across Dolce Aroma Bakery in Carlsbad. We decided to give it a go.
The owner(s) were beyond friendly - not to mention, very welcoming. The food was magnificent! After finishing our lunch, I decided to get another (very authentic) baguette sandwich to take home to each of my family members along with some pastries. I wish it weren't so far from my home as I live down in San Diego. What I do know is that, when I do find myself up in north county SD, I will be going out of my way to treat myself to a visit to Dolce Aroma Bakery!! I give this eatery a high recommendation and for all possible reasons (atmosphere, service, quality).
