Nothing personal necessarily against my driver, but when I went to pay for my $30 order I handed him $40, expecting change so I can tip fairly. He tells me he has no change to give me. I give him all of it because I’m not going to fight over a couple of bucks, but being pretty much forced to give a 30% tip for a 5-10 minute drive is not cool. It says on the website they carry less than $20, but no change at all? Either Jeremy was lying or this place is expecting people to have exact or close to exact change within $5.

I ordered a couple pizzas for my family around 6 PM using the Dominos app. When I arrived the pizza was ready on time, but there was only one young woman running the store. She was cooking the food, bringing it out to me, running the cash register, etc. And she was doing it all with a smile: she was extremely polite and nice. I wish I caught her name, but I would like to recognize her for her excellent service. Young, curly hair, nose piercing, and all smiles.

I sent my son to pick up pizza from nearby Shopps of Carlsbad mall, total was just under $30 , they didn't have change for a $50 bill , told him to ask people for change .. WTF .. NERVER GOING THERE AGAIN

The service was clearly made by second graders, customer service was extremely horrible!!! Tried calling to let them know that the order was made incorrect no answer!! Store #8548--receipt #788. I will like a full refund.

Bad food here, food poisoning, and bad customer service. Pizza was burnt, pizza was so bad you would of thought a blind man made it this can't be the dominoes company food!!!

Got a large pepperoni it was very good and only 14 dollars. I have paid twice that at italian restaurants and pizza was not as good. Highly recommend.

Employees here are awesome ppl!! We eat here all the time just bc they treat us so kindly!!!! Sometimes all it takes to completely change someone's day from awful to feeling like you do matter is a simple kind word or gesture, more ppl should take lessons on how to treat each other from them!
