This dominos is terrible. The driver Luis really needs more training. Both times he ignored the directions for contactless delivery and then he proceeds to knock on the door, and stand there awkwardly like he's waiting for a tip (it was given in the app-- and also dude you aren't entitled to tips if a customer doesn't give you one too bad. They should but again you aren't entitled and it's just rude to stand there). Also both times this person took 35 minutes to deliver the pizza after leaving the store even though it's 5 mins away. Not sure if it's the driver or store issue but I'm not comfortable with either. Wont order from here again

Well I ordered 3 different times from this Domino's and it seems like they refused all three orders and I don't understand why. Maybe they are just lazy and lousy employees and it's holiday season? Either way very unacceptable as far as a consumer goes don't waste your time they will leave you hungry and being a retired veteran just really blows my mind they should just shut down shop. First is you be good to you.

I just stop with my family to get pizza your my two kids at Domino's PizzaI order two small pizzas and hot wings, I pay for whole purchase plus get tips for nothing. So I walk back to car with my family till pizza and hot wings get ready for pick . After 15 minutes go back to pick order they give me one pizza and 6 pice of hot ? wings for 30 + tips I ask I order two pitzz they said no you order one.I said that I two kids with me I think you just waste my time and money to get here I order one. I just wanna people be a ware go some where get Pizza.

Food was delivered quickly. Order was incorrect. I called and asked them to resend the proper order. they did that....but left the replacement order at the wrong house. Driver arrived playing very loud music the first time so maybe he just got confused.I hope who ever got our replacement order enjoyed it. Management was nice and gave us some sort of credit but i think after several problems with this location, we probably won't use them again.

Quick delivery, Worst pizza ever. All bubbles. Clearly no quality control. If someone would have just looked at the pizza before boxing and delivering, they would have seen that it was a disaster and should be remade.

Usually get great service from this place. But this time very disappointing not only was food cold when it arrived late but looks like it was put thru the ringer as well.
Worst pizza ever. Thin crust and burnt black. Was so bad my dogs wouldn't eat it. I will never order from here again. This franchise is not a good representation for Domino Pizza. My oh my in the past other stores did a brilliant job. Here I called management and they basically told me to go F@@k myself.

We ordered garlic bread, pastas and chicken wings tonight for our son's birthday. They were delicious! Ordered online and food was ready at the time I said I would be there. Employees were polite and provided great service. I love this Domino's!

Worst meal of my life... An embarrassment to my city of Encinitas/Carlsbad. I called the manager "Lincoln" right now to get a refund for this abomination 2 nights ago promised by one of his crew...Instead, after explaining what the pizza looked like and the fact I never got "said refund," he proceeded to hang up the phone on me even though I was being completely cordial and respectful. I called back 3x thinking it was my phone dropping the call from cell service... Nope, its Lincoln the manager not being able to take constructive criticism when I told him im sharing pics with my neighbors and telling them the pizza was dangerously undercooked resulting in a mish mash of "wet dog food lookin', donut lookin' pizza that was not even close to the 16inch Brooklyn style pizza I initially ordered. Behold the abomination below.... DONT ORDER FROM ENCINITAS/CARLSBAD DOMINOS STORE #8380 (off "El Camino Blvd") UNLESS YOU LIKE WHAT U SEE.... Regards, The "Lil Wolf of Leucadia" signin out.
