Dan‘s country kitchen is a gem! It’s a small family owned café with an ambience of family style dining. They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu and the food is delicious! No matter how many times we changed our order, they accommodated with a smile. The service was great, the prices were great, this is the great place to go for a quick delicious breakfast or lunch.
All around Fantastic spot! We had Don's 3 out of the 5 breakfasts while visiting Oceanside. Delicious, consistent, great service, overall a 10! This will be a must stop for our family when we are back in Oceanside - no need to look around when you find the best! Great job Don's staff!
Old school diner. Scrambled eggs were good as was bacon & sausage patty. Hash browns were crispy.
The biscuits & gravy were a bummer. I hoped for brown biscuits with sausage gravy. The biscuits were fair but the gravy tasted like flour & onions.. too many onions.
