We stopped in on a Wednesday night about 5:30. The place was about 1/2 full of people. The sound insulation is not great so room is kind of loud, thus the ding on atmosphere. To order, we stand in line to talk to the bartender. Since the only beer menu is behind him, and people may want a taste before they buy a whole mug, the waits can take awhile. Thus the ding on service. Otherwise this place is great! The beer selection is not real long, but it hits most of the bases. The menu is short but features some great dishes. My wife ordered the bacon mac-n-cheese and I ordered the patty melt with fries. We planned on sharing but them, but both orders were so large we had another meal each from leftovers the next day. (Note to EBW&G: top a load of spiced fries with the mac-n-cheese for a variation of poutine!) Overall, we really enjoyed the food and beer and friendly staff. We will be back!

I wouldn’t say it’s a hidden gem but it’s worth stopping in for a beer or food or both. Service was great, pricing was right, and the food is excellent.Burger could be a bit greasy for some but I thought it was great. There isn’t much to it but they do have a good amount of seating and a patio for people watching.

We went for dinner....I had a Caesar salad...!! The iceberg lettuce had 1 small cherry tomato cut in it,. tasteless rubber chicken from who knows where. The anchovies I ask for were small fish with their skin on them and were just fished out of the bay. They could not be eaten. Totally a disgusting meal.... I do not recommend.
The food was Fantastic!Highly recommend the fish and chips. As you can see the fish is super white and flaky.Fries were perfectly seasoned and are salt and vinegar flavoured! With a pear cider to top it off.Staff was very friendly and fast service.Definitely will be back 10/10.

Great industrial atmosphere with friendly staff. Our table had a Reuban sandwich, Crispy Black Shrimp and a salad (can't remember which), but everything was delicious. Oh...also....the seasoned fries were fantastic also. Very good beer selection on tap, everyone found something to look forward to try.

Came for lunch. Food was excellent and the staff is awesome. It was a great find and we will be back.
Saw a local band Shinebox play here. My son is in the band. The venue was nice. Out of doors so bring a sweater or a jacket, it gets cold at night. The taco stand was on point, hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. They got beers galore. It was a fantastic time. Ebulliton Brew Works merits a look see. Check them out. Give yourself enough time to find the joint, it's somewhat hidden in an industrial park.
Parking: Parking is a premium here. It's located in an industrial park so parking was a bear. I parked in the street and had to hike in.

I cannot complain about Ebullition. I have visited twice and plan to more often. The food selection is small, but each pairs perfectly with enjoying a beer after a long day. The food is cooked to order and the flavors are distinguished and consistent. The pork belly dip and the Korean quesadilla are highly recommended.

If you are looking for a good selection of bubbling craft brews, casual/laid back atmosphere, divine bar eats and friendly service...look no further than Ebullition. The gastropub offers bar seating inside as well as some high tops. The outside patio has ample seating and has a mix of cozy and fresh air.Beer! Only tasted a few but everything that I tasted was good. Some cream ales to hazy IPAs and stouts. If you don't know what you are looking for, the staff has some great selections! This place has some of the best bar food I have ever had. (See attached pics... Yes they taste better than they look).Last but not least, the staff. Welcoming, friendly, attentive and accommodating. They should lead a workshop on customer service or something!Honorable mention: the music mix tape that the store was playing was on point!

Absolutely fantastic black lime wings, some of the best wings I've ever had!!! Super fresh ingredients in the summer garden salad, and the apple turnover is awesome! I ordered through a delivery service and didn't get an item and upon my next order the restaurant hooked me up with a personal apology and a replacement item and a discount for my next order. Definitely unexpected, but truly appreciated. I haven't visited the location yet, but I absolutely will before I leave California.
Good beer selection - pretzel is
