Amazing fresh food. Birria was my favourite. Potato tacos good too. Don't believe the bad reviews. This place is worth it

I got 2 birria tacos and I pastor tacos. 5$ each. I figured they would be a decent size tacos but they're not. Not much meat and hardly any onions/cilantro. And they request a tip for ordering my food and picking it up my self. ? I didn't tip. Not worth it.

Food was nasty and not traditional.
If your going to sell Carne asada tacos,make sure you grill the Carne asada on a open flame grill,and not beef on a flat grill.
Horchata was also fake. tasteless rice and beans.
I rather go across the border and get the real deal for $5 dollars total, instead of $20 wasted dollars. SMH

Fire as tacos very good service not from here so I just Google it n went it was very fire tasted just like back home I will eat there again n when we come back I will stop there again fire as food

I read the past harsh reviews but tried it for myself. I always like the vibe at the Windmill. It’s chill. Love the ambience. Prices reflect the nice space at the Windmill. I was prepared to ask for salt bc ppl complained about blandness. It was good to me. Maybe they make it bland bc they are catering to ppl with different taste buds or high blood pressure. Simple dash of salt can fix the blandness. The 3 different salsas were delicious; I added salt in one salsa. The flavor depth of one of the green hot salsas was heaven! Lady who took our order was nice. Glad I tried for myself.

Food was good but expensive

Ordered 2 carne asada tacos and both of them had large chunks of gristle in them. I showed the lady and she didn't say anything. On their sign it says highest quality meats. Pretty lame for over 5 dollars for 1 taco. Much better places than this.
