Overall the food is good and I've been to other locations. Unfortunately, at this 1, I ordered a combo meal with 2 sides, and I was only given my mac and cheese but not my potato salad.

Best bbq in San Diego. Anywhere from tri tip, to Mac n cheese hands down the best, chicken , bbq sauce , oh ya the ? bread u can’t get enough of. Everything there is mouthwatering

The food is excellent! Sounds crazy to say - but the braised cabbage was my favorite. Don't miss that. The pulled pork was juicy and not fatty. The chicken had a slight resemblance to Jamaican jerked. Mac & cheese and small corn bread muffins. 3 dishes fed all 4 with a bit of leftovers. Will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely excellent! We ordered the BBQ chicken, brisket, and ribs for a family gathering. 10 out of 10. It was delicious and the service was great. I will definitely use Felix's catering service again.

Twice our online was done wrong. We ordered the Sampler Platter. Apparently they give you what they want. Not what you order. This is at the Oceanside location. Not going there again. Maybe we'll try the Carlsbad location. Overall the food is good. Make sure to check your order before

Felix's BBQ was great. We had 70 people so we ordered from Felix's to go. Brisket, pulled pork, beans, Cole slaw, Mac&cheese, corn bread. First the brisket was great, tender and flavorful. We put the pulled pork on Hawaiian rolls with bbq sauce, also delicious. All the side were just right. The mac&cheese was a hit. Thanks to Felix and the crew.

Food here absolutely slaps. Pulled pork and mac n cheese are favorites. Just be aware that this place is their prep kitchen, I would exclusively order takeaway from this location. If you want a sit down experience go to the San Marcos location.

Ordered complete roasted turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. Turkey was cooked perfectly would give five stars. Sides were four stars. Why only 3 stars overall? Two other side dishes did not make the bag. Cornbread and dutch apple pie. No recourse due to how busy they were that Thursday mourning.
Great pricing for the amount of food. Great flavor too.

I LOVE FÉLIX but man oh man was i disappointed in my sad sad plate today. I always get the Clara’s brisket platter cuz the meat is so tender and can rip apart with ease but this plate is strips of well done steaks lathered in bbq sauce. Looks like my dog is having a really good lunch today. I will still be coming here though because It’s good just do better Felix

Arguably the worst bbq I've ever had in my life and Ive had a fair share of bbq. Don't trust the many 4 star reviews here i feel like ppl have succumb to enjoying sub par food because its convenient. Nothing i ordered was edible the brisket was all fat and even the dog didn't touch it. Their attempt at ribs was sad.Nothing I would recommend here. Back to Phills we go.

I went there Friday October 13th ..should have known ..for lunch. Ordered gumbo soup , rib eye steak, Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries. Elderly parents ordered their dishes. Waitress forgets my soup..never got it. Comes with all three dishes and no Mac and cheese , instead I get candied yams and tough. cheap, dried out piece of what I suppose one could call meat. Would have been better going to an IHOP or Wendy’s smh. Disappointing food , service and atmosphere. Overpriced and nasty
