Vibe here is excellent. Service is excellent. Maybe we just came early when they first opened tonight? Both our rolls were mediocre. My husband had surf n turf roll I had the lemon fresh crab roll Color, taste and texture was off on both. We did not finish them. We eat sushi often and have eaten here before and everything was great. Not so much this time.

Where can I begin? Have you ever walked into a place and just felt like you were in heaven? The attention to detail as you walk into the restaurant and look around, every detail seems to have been given great thought. There was a place for women to store their bags without putting them on the floor. The food was absolutely breathtaking. From the sashimi that melts in your mouth, the appetizers that start the meal just right, the rolls you can’t find anywhere else to your classic favorites, the drinks that are exceptional, to the desserts that you just don’t want to stop at one, this place will not disappoint! I don’t think I can ever go to another sushi restaurant again after this meal! If you ever want to see heaven on earth in a restaurant, be sure to book a reservation so you do not miss out!!!

Excellent and fresh sushi served attractively by very friendly staff. Had one unfortunate accident where the waitress dropped a plate and soy sauce splashed on my brand new sneakers. Fortunately, I had just sprayed sealant on them, so not a disaster. The weather was perfect, so not sure why they didn’t have their garage door wall open.

Delicious food in a restaurant with a beautiful ambience! The fish was so fresh (caught that day) and the owners have a lot of knowledge about the fish and items on the menu. There’s a mix of traditional rolls as well as new ingredients from Japan. Lots of drink options too. The chefs were helpful with my gluten free needs by swapping out krab with real crab and had a gluten free sauce for me. We came for a date night and were very happy!
We went outto Fish Boon for a much needed little lunch with my daughter and it was delightful , Just what we needed. The miso Cod fish was as good if not better than Nobu's and oysters were a special delightful treat. I am very happy. A++ Its my new local favorite. Thank you, Fish Boon- cant wait to revisit and try everything else.

Food is great. Highly recommend Ocean, Lemon, and Touchdown rolls. Can get overly busy, resulting in unlimited (over fifteen minutes) hold times to order takeout or online orders which can take over two hours even with ASAP as your selection. Makes it a somewhat unreliable option, evidenced again today as the phone line gives a busy tone for minutes on end.
