Today was one of the hardest days for my family — we had to say goodbye to our dog. We brought him to Five Guys for his last meal, and the experience we had there was something we’ll never forget. The young man at the register was incredibly kind and empathetic. When he found out it was our dog’s last meal, he didn’t hesitate — he made a special burger just for him. That simple act of kindness meant the world to us.

In such a heartbreaking moment, his compassion brought comfort and humanity. Thank you to the whole crew, but especially to the gentleman at the register. You gave us a beautiful final memory with our pup, and we’ll carry that with us forever.

Boss gave me a gift card .never tried before so I decided to stop in. We got strawberry and a banana milk shake and an order of their Lil fries.they were hardly little they were good sized fries and they were Delicious. Great totally different flavor. The milk shakes were so amazing thick real fruit inside. And they were quick and friendly and affordable. The restaurant has these boxes with peanuts in them for the taking...those were great too.

Door Dash sticker placed on side of top, bag not folded to close. Driver had access to my frise contaminated my food..food arrived cold. Called mgr and he tried to blame driver. Driver not incharge of stickers. Then mgr said I was rude. Yes 25$ order delivered cold and contaminated yes I'm upset because your employees don't care and you don't apologize or accept responsibility

Very tasty burger! Various soft drink options in refill format. Peanuts take away the taste while your snack is being prepared. Generous portion of fries that accompanies the order.

Could not believe the price. I still don't. $30 for a burger fries and a drink. No wonder they have no customers. Do they understand people could feed a family for the price of 1 person meal.

My first time. I will admit this sort of food is not my daily, however I found the quality and freshness of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant top rate. The staff were friendly in the cashier was helpful for someone who had never eaten here before. The ordering process is a little different but creative. The shakes are fantastic, I mixed chocolate with Oreo cookie, The cashier recommended it and I'm glad you did. I ordered the small hamburger and it was The perfect size. I ordered fries they tasted good however huge portion, I found unnecessary. If you're going with another, easy to share one order of fries. For some of us, It would be enough for three people.It may be some design feature of the creators of five guys, to stock french fries and cooking oil in the restaurant front area. I found it a bit odd. But not annoying, just strange.Overall I was highly satisfied and would do this again in a pinch.If the manager of the restaurant is reading this, I want you to know we had a pleasant experience your staff was great and the food tasted really good. Lastly we appreciate the cleanliness of your restaurant.
