The coffee is amazing I ordered a small Mexican mocha iced and I wanted less ice but was not given that. I went back just to get a quick fix but apparently they couldn’t fix that. Basically they wanted to over fill my drink with ice instead of the drink which was 5 sips. Terrible customer service you should be able to fix the problem I myself work at a coffee shop so no excuses.

I went up and ordered my drink per usual. I was waiting AT LEAST 15 minutes before I got my drink. the people behind the counter were just talking and messing around. my mom had to go up to the counter and say "what is taking so long" and she asked for a refund because we had to go and they didn't even give me my money back. I got my coffee tho it was good jus felt unwelcome

Discovered this gem of a coffee place tucked away in a corner by JCPenney at the mall, and it's become a new favorite. Their vanilla and caramel lattes are top-notch, hitting the sweet spot just right. The abundance of seating and tasty snacks make it a perfect spot to chill or catch up with a friend. I also totally love the abundant coffee-themed decor scattered all around - it adds a cozy and inviting vibe to the place. Very polite and friendly staff as well. Definitely worth a visit if you're in need of a caffeine fix or just want to enjoy a relaxing coffee experience while you're shopping at the mall.

Great coffee shop! I got a candy cane cold brew, and it was perfect. Not sickeningly sweet, the way Starbucks is. The affogato looked really good too, I'll get that next time!

I asked for regular black coffee at 19:55 and the man told me they ran out of coffee, at a coffee shop. I think he didn't want to make me coffee because they were close to closing. Defeats the purpose of serving customers. & the man is awkward. He just stares at you and doesn't say much. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this location.

Inside the mall, but a nice locally-owned coffee shop. I decided to give one of their specialty coffees a try: an Horchata Iced Latte. OH EM GEE So good. A nice balance of cinnamon and spice (and everything nice) with creamy milk. The perfect fall beverage (or anytime beverage TBH) if you're looking to treat yo' self. They also offer a variety of non coffee drinks like Mango Strawberry Refreshers, Nitro Cold Brew, and boba. Plus ice cream! If you're looking to support a local biz, this is the one.

Disappointed. Our first time and last visit We ordered decaf coffee. It was very watered down. We asked for heavy cream which they said they had but it also tasted very watered down and more like half and half. For us, it was not worth $9.63 plus a tip. You’re better off going to 7-11.

Always a treat coming to this chill coffee shop. At a nice location next to JCPenney, the elevator and a mini indoor children play place. Definitely great drinks, amazing service, friendly all around and the drinks are on point. An atmosphere where one can rest or hang out with a few buddies before shopping around the stores in the mall. Check it out for yourself and select a good refresher.
We were looking for a place to get a cold drink and chose this one. I had the iced tea and it was good. They have a small seating area and the three of us were able to get seats, which was nice.

Very nice little coffee shop. The Mexican Mocha was AMAZING!! Quality ingredients, strong cinnamon and dark chocolate flavors 10/10. Just wish the mall would open earlier so that I could pick one up on my way to work.
