I don't understand the hype. Half of the container was crumbs. It tasted okay but I really expected more flavor and wished for a larger container

Just get it. A little sour from the Granny Apples but the ice cream with caramel gives it a nice sweet balance.
My son is in his 30s and we went here same time the park originally opened. We have come here continually with his brothers for the past 25 years and we are still talking about the Apple fries. I’ve tried making them at home. Nothing tastes as good as this place. Literally talking about it 25 years later-I love these apple fries. Best thing to eat at the park in my opinion.

Tried Granny’s Apple Fries for the first time and absolutely loved them — perfectly crispy and sweet, a unique and fun treat! On my second visit, they were a bit disappointing with some broken and slightly soggy fries, but the flavor is still amazing. They ran out of ice cream as well and it was barely 1 pm.
Definitely a must-try snack at LEGOLAND, especially for first-timers looking for something different and delicious.

Amazing apple fries, you can only get these here at Legoland, this place is a must stop. A little expensive but definitely worth it.

They are good but used to be amazing. Recently they are soggy and small pieces, Not like the pictures. The vanilla whip cream has no flavor. They are still good but not great. The price is good and they give you a lot ($7).

Loved their apple fries. If you are in Legoland San Diego definitely try them out, specially if you are looking for a vegetarian, gluten free alternative.
