Large take out order. We are entertaining. Our order was missing items. We called back to get a credit for the missing items because we did not have time to come back in before our event. It took multiple calls to get our credit processed. I know it must be hard to find good help in these difficult times, but this is not acceptable

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE OWNER (and is in no way a reflection of the food, which is 5 stars in our book) - We were HARASSED at your business! My fiancé and I entered your establishment on Saturday (4/20) to order food to-go and enjoy a glass of wine while we waited. During our time there, we were severely harassed by a young man who claimed to be your "nephew." He coughed in my fiancé's face without a mask and made intimidating eye contact while my fiancé was trying to pay for our meal. This man continued to intenstly stare at us throughout our time there, clearly trying to intimidate us. He insinuated that he wanted to step outside to fight my fiancé and, when asked to leave the store by the staff (multiple times) -whom he was also making uncomfortable by leaning on the counters and making awkward small talk, would stand by the window where our table was stationed, GLARING at us through the window and throwing gang signs. He proceeded to tell us that we were "bad business," that this was "his uncle's place," and that he could "do whatever the F***" he wanted. While my fiancé and I seemed to be the focus of his rant, other families got up and left, uncomfortable by this person's presence and demeanor. The cops finally came and detained this individual, which then led to the staff, the manager, and us being interviewed based on his behavior. Now, here is the other rub...I understand that there was a lot of commotion going on during this time, and it probably flustered the young women working the register and tables. Still, we arrived there at 7 pm and didn't leave with our food until 8:15 - maybe later. Furthermore, the manager didn't show their face ONCE. There wasn't an apology, not a thing taken off our bill. NOTHING. Not that it was expected, but it would have been nice- especially since we waited 20 minutes for our glass of wine and over an hour for our food, all while being harassed. So, to the owner, I don't know who you're letting run your business while you're away, but I can assure you, they did not take care of your customers (us or anyone witnessing this ridiculous display of behavior), and whoever your nephew is, is causing you lousy business. I suggest you have a talking to with him. It's sad that we just recently discovered this place and were so excited to have a delicious Mediterranean place right down the street. Still, this experience has left such a horrible taste in our mouths across the board, it's hard to say if we will ever be back.

I was in the mood for Greek food and this place came highly recommended by my person. Our server was friendly and quick and the food was yummy. It was just what we wanted. We ordered the fried cheese to start. I got the Gyro plate and he ordered the chicken lunch special. Both plates came with salad, pita, rice, and their yummy yogurt sauce. I would come back here again.

This review is solely about the service - the food here is EXCELLENT. Let me start off by saying myself that I work in the service industry and am not one to leave a review, especially a negative one but have you ever just have such a bad customer service experience you couldn't help it? Monday April 8th, I go into the restaurant to order take out (1. Soup and Salad 2. Roasted Chicken Entree). After about 10 mins, the young girl behind the counter tells me my order is ready and hands me ONE bag of food. It's pretty heavy and the bag is tied at the top, I take a quick peak inside (without opening it), say thank you and I'm on my way. Once I get home, my husband opens the bag to see the soups are missing. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, especially since I live down the street so it wasn't a far drive to go back, so I call the restaurant back to let them know the soups were missing and I was on my way back. The same young girl who handed me my food answered the phone and says, "oh yea. YOU forgot the soup. Yea, you just left it on the counter." .... I'm sorry what? She was the one who handed me the ONE bag and regardless, to answer the phone and BLAME THE CUSTOMER is beyond me. PLEASE train your staff better. This level of service is crap.

I used to come here often and decided to pop in and grab a couple meals.The taste was good, nothing great just good.The soup was just ok, lacked flavor and there were hard things in there I couldn't figure out what it was... maybe carrots or celery in not sure what but seemed like it wasn't cooked fresh but thrown together, because the rice was cooked but the vegetables were not plus the broth itself had no flavor.I got the chicken meal with rice and pita bread, as you see in the picture there's barely half cup of rice, at first I thought someone ate it but no because I'm the one that picked it up. For the price I paid and comparing it to other places it's lacking a LOT. I also thought there was supposed to be some grilled veggies with it but maybe I'm wrong.

Called in a pickup order 20 minutes before my lunch got so I can just go pick it up but when I got there they hadn't even made it told me I was gonna wait 10 more minutes for kid tenders and fries. It's not like it was even busy for them to say they didn't have time.

If you want actual Greek food, this is not the place. Definitely not owned by Greeks. Lots of other Middle Eastern foods along with Greek and they have no idea what Greek is. Seasoning absolutely not Greek, more like Pakistani, Turkish, or I don't even know. Spanakopita and moussaka looked and was inedible. No go for me. Is out pics but really not appetizing.

We were a party of six. Where to begin, the waitress was constantly confused and brought the wrong orders and then disappeared for long periods. Everyone ordered something different and every dish was god awful. Keep driving, don't stop!!
My “go to” when I’m in the mood for mediterranean food. Nothing fancy. I usually do a pick up order. Every once in a while the gyro can be a little bit greasy, but that may just be a me thing.

#1 the service! Great! 5 stars, excellent attitudes with a homey feel.#2 the food! Great! 5 stars, good portion, flavor and appetizing lineup in the menu.#3 the location! Quick in and out, then great to-go times. I ate in and was seated quickly with quick food prep. I have order to go and also with the food delivery apps and I have never had a bad plate.
Really strange food. Nothing about it was authentic or even flavorful for that matter. The taziki just tasted like plain Greek yogurt. Pita was flimsy and reminded me of when you try to heat bread in the microwave. The Greek salad looked tasty with generous veggies, aside from having only two olives, but the cheese might as well have been Kraft parmesan cheese with how powdery it was. It absolutely disintegrated as soon as the dressing touched it. The dressing had to have been a watered down store bought Italian dressing. I wanted so badly to enjoy it.. I was really excited for the lentil soup which had literally had no flavor whatsoever. 90% water and some rice and lentils at the bottom of the container. With absolutely no flavor, it felt like I was just eating water with a spoon. I couldn't eat more than a few bites before giving up. I'm surprised at all the positive reviews. Perhaps a change in ownership? I'm definitely not the type of person to just NOT like my food, but unfortunately I did not like my meal at all. Such a bummer because the prices make it look very appealing, and the decor inside is really cute and quaint with Greek music playing.

BEST Greek I've EVER had!This place is amazing! We randomly decided to eat here when in the area and were pleasantly surprised! The lemon chicken soup was an incredible start to a perfect meal! The lamb shish was so flavorful and delicious and the yellow rice was so rich. Can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back.
