Wonderful owners and wonderful products. I've been taking a shot of Demonic Tonic with the Beet Kvaas in the morning for about a year now. I can feel the difference. Great stuff!

Happy Pantry is a fantastic live food shop and café unlike anything I have seen in San Diego County. All of the krauts, brines and tonics that I tried were a delicious and powerful addition to my diet. Likewise with the kombucha bar- you won’t find flavors like these in the grocery store. As good as the krauts and the other live foods are- it was the kombucha that kept me going back. It was always a pleasure to interact with the owners and staff, who are very friendly, helpful and inspiring- especially if you are looking to add more live foods in your diet or are interested in brewing kombucha, etc. As much as I miss Happy Pantry, I’m excited for anybody reading this to go and see for yourself how great this place truly is!

Second time there. I had the black bean burrito last time and the walnut tacos this time. Very well done. I enjoyed every bite. It's a little hard to find, but well worth it.
This place is absolutely wonderful. The owner is really kind and the food and kombucha are delish. I had a seaweed curry soup. So good!!!!

This food was so delicious. Savory ,fresh and so creative. the taste was so good I am like addicted. My mouth was having a serious party.I got the creamy potato soup with some pickled stuff in it. Oh man was it good, and the people are so nice.

Love this place! Demonic Tonic is a must have. I give away as many more bottles than I consume, since I am always offering shots to anyone who . Kombucha is delish and changes weekly so you never get bored!

We had a peek inside this very interesting healthy food oriented shop yesterday when we bought some ciabattas next door at Prager Brothers Artisan Breads.I can certainly relate to some of their preparations as I have been taking probiotic capsules for a couple of years now due to a digestive issue I developed about 3 years ago.I know I am not alone in having to deal with what I can eat and what I can't eat on a daily basis so I'm sure this fairly new business will do well.
