Had spicy chicken bulgogi BiBimBob yesterday and I was very happy. Portion, seasoning and spicy level was on it for me. They provided extra gochujang which I didn't need. I am super picky about poke, so will give it a try and report back.

Excellent Poki. First off, business was clean and smelt fresh. Staff was frendly, engaging and displayed care and concerns to my lunch experience. The food was great. All aspects of my poki bowl were fresh and at appropriate tempertures. The rice was fresh and slightly warm. The fish was fresh and cool but not frozen. Unlike many poki chains. This was my first time at Hellopoki but definately not my first poki bowl. 10/10. I will be back again! Lastly, meal is priced appropriately for the poki market.

I've gone here for a long time, since it was still a "new" restaurant and I'm torn. The quality of fish has always been great for me and in the beginning the restaurant was perfectly clean. (It was new after all.) But after all these years I feel like there is a huge decline in the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant. It doesn't appear to have any regular deep cleaning and it's getting a little grimy. Do I still eat there? Yes. Do I get creeped out by the lack of cleanliness? Yes.Lastly, there is a gentleman who works the kitchen and his service is very good. But the young man who serves me the most usually keeps his head down, makes no eye contact and speaks softly. I get the vibe he doesn't want anything to do with that place, which brings down the experience significantly. I like being a regular at other restaurants and it's clear with service like this, I'm just a dollar sign. I keep going back because I like their ingredients and sauces, but there are plenty of other poke places nearby with all of that AND a clean environment.

Expensive very small servinvs even worh the rice and salad. Do not recommend when there are so many othwr places that give you larger swrvongs. I orderd a large and not satisfied at all So mamy othernoptions for Poki and they are cheapmwith thr minisvule Of fish. Vwry small pieces. Better placed not recommended. I shpuld habe realized. Everytime I go past the store its emty. Never agaon amd do not recommemd $15. Feel ripped off

Was looking for a healthier option, so I stopped in for Poki. Ordered the ahi on a salad. The greens were great, as were the veggies, but the tuna was extremely fishy. When I order poki, I typically get ahi. It was not good.

Honestly the fish was bland and nothing was spicy. I stopped in because I was in the area and was hungry for poki. Should have saved my 9 bucks and went across the parking lot to Chipotle. That place is gross but has flavor. 2 stars because the staff was nice.

Small portions of protein, the register had caked on grime, flavors weren't particularly great. Instead of mixing the sauce in with the poke, they just pour into the bowl, where the rice absorbs the flavor and not the poke.

The poki bowl was a bit small compared to regular poki places , only 2 types of fish and limited add-ons for $14 ,tax included. Customer service was nice and it is pleasant to eat outside but they can definitely improve on many aspects.
