Great south Indian restaurant. Very tasty and spicy biryanis and Andhra style curries. We usually do take out on week days. All items we have ordered so far came with great portions.

A friend of mine recommended this place because he would take his golf industry customers here. I went here for lunch and brought some co-workers with me. The food was great. We got the 65 chicken to start, tikka masala, and one other thing that they recommended. I can’t remember what is was, but it was good. We ordered everything mild to make the group happy and the spice level was perfect for the everyone. I would have probably liked medium, but it was still good. The starter, two entrees, rice, and garlic naan was plenty of food for 4 dudes. It’s a smaller place and not fancy, but we didn’t care. We came for the food and the food did not disappoint. I will go back.

I recently visited Hyderabad Cafe in San Diego and was disappointed with the experience. They served food on paper plates and in to-go boxes, which didn’t feel very professional. The spoons and forks were also broken , and using them became a challenge . While the food was decent, the lack of attention to basic details really stood out. I hope they improve the quality of their service and utensils.

The food is delicious. Very well-made. Very authentic. Some of the dishes that you find here are normally not available in regular Indian restaurants. The service by this gentleman named Santosh is excellent. Try Telangana Chicken if you are in an adventurous mood.

One of the very few good Indian food options in North County…The place opened up only recently and we have ordered food atleast 4-5 times so far in last 2 months and it has been consistently good… Goat Dum biryani and tangadi kebabs are our favorites… Chicken tikka masala and Butter Chicken is also very good (our kid’s favorite)… there are a number of authentic south Indian options, most of the ones we have tried are pretty good especially appetizers. Its a small place and seems decent enough to dine-in. Definitely worth a visit.

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. I especially liked the rice and the appetizer with the lunch. Service was great. Great quality. Will be going back soon!

We are group of friends ordered from Hyderabad Cafe, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially loved the Karvepaku Chicken and Vijayawada Special Chicken Biryani—both dishes were packed with authentic flavors that stood out. Even the kids couldn't get enough of the Hakka Noodles, which were a big hit at our table. Great experience overall, and we can't wait to order again!
