The Salmon teriyaki bento and ramen were great. Good amount of food for the money. The sound of the grills were pretty loud. Family friendly - lots of high chairs.

This place has gone completely down hill. I ordered wonton ramen, itchitarui ramen and dumplings. The worst I have ever had. I used to love this place. For $51 I expected more. The wontons were cold and stuck together, so gross. Hardly any pork in the other, also cold and noodles stuck together. The 4 tiny dumplings were so sad and did not come with any sauce. I had about 5 bites of the wonton ramen and ended up getting sick. Also I attempted to call to either get a credit of a refund as soon as I got home and multiple times the next day with no answer. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered doordash waited almost an hour I think which is fine but when my food arrived I got 2 bites of rice boiled chicken 2 bites of a dumpling and a half effort salad small portion. Look at how I received it.. Update just tried eating the chicken and it’s not even chewable rock solid and can even squeeze it with my fingers. There’s no way this restaurant is real gotta be a social experiment 😂

Service in store is great. Do not use grub hub. Almost 30 minutes late. They changed the delivery time and said it was onetime. Haha. My COLD RAMEN sat for too long. So today. Not good. No Ichitaru fault...

Warning: The menu prices differ from what you’re billed. The server mentioned the menu is not updated, which is very annoying and unprofessional! The ramen soup was so thick that I had to ask for hot water.
My family all agrees this is the best ramen we’ve had. The service was friendly and the location was perfect.

I used to love this place and come every Sunday for lunch, but from the looks at the staff and the quality I think they sold the shop to a new owner and things have been downhill since the food is an authentic and it doesn’t have good flavor or taste Really disappointed. I miss the old.

Agree with the other review about the disappointing bento box... Very dry chicken, no flavor, very hard rice, greasy tempura. Everything was screaming low-quality ingredients. The veggie ramen had a very nice soup base but the content was very boring, would be great to have mushrooms or bamboo shoots, tofu etc. The service was good though
