Very disappointing experience. The order took far too long, and I personally saw the cook handling food without gloves. No hygiene, no apology for the delay — the staff simply ignored my question about the wait time. I can’t recommend this place and will not be coming back.

I ordered the Garlic bomb ramen & ichitaru ramen with a side of chicken fried rice. All of the dishes were fresh and delicious! Generous portion sizes. Great flavors and noodles. Chicken fried rice was really good. Two thumbs up!
Delicious... We had mostly Starters on this visit.... Spicy garlic Edamame, Okonomiyaki, Handmade Gyoza, Jalapeño Bomb, Mushrooms Bomb, Shrimp Vegetable Tempura (everything was delicious) for main dish we had the Torikara Don, Fried rice and an Ichitaru Ramen. All dishes are delicious and well served. Thanks for the service.

Was soooo disappointed coming here with my gf. we love ramen with the passion and have been to a lot of good spots unfortunately this restaurant was a absolute let down all around and it’s a fat shame especially as it’s in the Encinitas area 🤦♂️. As we walked in there was no welcoming, place looks super run down and no good atmosphere, both the cashier/server and cook both look like they don’t want to be there :(, no music you hear nothing but fryers, the water that’s offered on the table taste like dish water, the ramen that was served to us was cold and not spicy we had to tell them to redo it and food itself tastes very mediocre ☹️. The people never checked on us to see if we are ok, and food looks nothing like in the menu, we didn’t bother leaving a tip we were very disappointed and don’t plan on coming here again.
