Disgusted with this place Their prices are not current with their website prices. The chicken wonton Ramen says 1195 on their website I go in there. He charges me 1795 when I question, he said oh that's a really old menu. Well, then you should update your website food quality they microwave the bowl of Ramen with a few chicken wontons two of them had little bone or hard things in them and the broth they threw bouillon in there, but didn't stir up, so there was a big blob at the bottom, not worth the money will never go back here

Got the beef bento box with fried chicken as my side. The beef was not chewable - it felt like I was chewing gum. The service was also mediocre. They took our order and brought our food, but they didn't check up on us anytime afterward until giving us the bill.

We had a bento box and 2 ramens from here. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. The spice level options are a bit confusing because they have such a large scale 1-20 for spiciness. I selected 10 thinking it would have a kick but not be too crazy. Well, I was wrong. My lips were on fire! But it was still so good that I didn't let that stop me from eating it, although I would never get this spice level again. I think I would get a level 5 next time. Also, Im Mexican & have been eating spicy food my whole life lol but the spicy was just crazy. Reading the comments I'm not sure if the spice levels are consistent. Maybe I had a fluke and they did level 20 or something cuz Flavor was 10/10 tho!

Did not enjoy the food.Several things I did not enjoy about the bento box:1. The chicken was dry.2. The rice was hard.3. There was only *one* tempura string bean, one broccoli head, one sweet potato, and one shrimp. As for the ramen:1. There was literally zero spice even though we asked for hot.2. It was way too creamy. This might be one of the least appetizing ramen/bento box restaurants I've been to, if not the worst. Service is also sub-par. We had already finished our food but were not given our check. I had to go walk up to the front to pay.

LOVE this place because their food is consistent Food always has all five taste factors: (Sweet / Sour / Savory / Bitter and the most important of all UMAMI !) Will continue to order from them in the future !

Complete got my order wrong. The cook said no level of spice when the waiters told and asked what level of spice we wanted. The cook was very rude would listen to waiters and didnt remake our food just put more chili oil in and said there you go. I just had walkout caused so unprofessional. I appreciate the waiters two young ladies that try help.

Best ramen I've had outside of Kyoto Japan. I've gone here like 5-6 times. Brought my parents in today. They loved it too.

Visiting Carlsbad for a family wedding and coming from the Bay Area this ramen is pretty trash. Super inconsistent in their food, I got the spicy miso level 15 (out of 20) and it was unpleasantly spicy but my girlfriend got the same thing and there was absolutely no spice. Takoyaki had very small piece of octopus and their shoyu mainly tasted of salt and nothing else. Overall pretty disappointing experience :( Edit: updated this to one star. My girlfriend got food poisoning from this terrible shop. It's dirty, and they only had one server. She did a great job trying to basically run the place but it was too much for one person. Don't waste your time, money or health in this place

Laid back atmosphere, simple and straightforward joint. They get food out pretty quickly, and that is always a big plus for me. Shrimp tempura was crispy and well-battered. Will likely be an "always order" sort of dish for our family. My husband is in love with the fried chicken curry ramen, but I think it lacks that comforting curry flavor. Don't get me wrong, the chicken is crunchy, satisfying, and we always finish the bowl, but I'm not sure I'd seek this out if it weren't for him. There's a rich ramen bowl that he didn't love that I preferred, but that's likely because I upped the spice level in mine. They give you the option of 1-20 spice, I chose 15, and it was decently spicy. I still add the provided chili oil and sriracha that's on every table, but that's my own issue. Next time I'll try 18. It's close by to our home so another plus for me, otherwise I might be more on the lookout for other ramen shops. But this certainly does the trick for us for now.

Grabbed pork garlic bomb miso ramen to go and it was perfect lunch on a rainy day. Daughters had spicy but thought mine was more savoy! We will be back soon!

Miso broth was delicious! Service was great! Went closer to closing time and we weren't rushed out.

New menu is confusing. Employee working couldn't answer any questions with confidence. Soups end up being $20 each (ridiculous) and we were hungry again an hour later. Old menu and esp previous restaurant/owners here were much better all around

Every bowl we got was so good. No pics. But wishing they were close to my hometown in Arizona.
