Google maps, the JITB app, and the sign on the door say open until 2am, so why are you refusing to serve me at 1:30? If you want to close at 1:30 that’s fine, but maybe update your hours to reflect that.
Tonight I ordered a burger and shake on the app at 1:07am. I picked it up at 1:15 but was told they are closing and can’t make the shake. It was refunded and I was given a free soda which was nice, but I would much rather have just had the shake and paid for it. The only redeeming quality here is employee Fidela, she is very sweet.
Last week I drove through to order a burger at 1:30 and was told you were closed and was refused service.
Get it together with this. It’s really not hard. Stop wasting people’s time and honor your own posted hours of business.
Oh and my burger was barely warm tonight. If you’re going to charge $6 for a jumbo jack with cheese…. Maybe at least cook it hot.

The older Latin woman working indoor register on 2/15 530pm is uncivilized every time. I asked for napkins and was denied, she gave a response to me in Spanish. Not sure why I have to even ask for napkins? The order is always wrong with her. I ask her to repeat my order to assure accuracy and she refuses. She doesn’t wear a name tag. I’ll never come back.

Do not come here. Found hair in the curly fries. Croissant was probably half baked and tacos were also half fried. They served it with a lot of oil on it.
Edit: they had me reach out via website, all it is an official customer complaint page. They didn't offer to make it right. My advice, go elsewhere.

Time to finally ban Jack in the Box forever, ESPECIALLY this location. One disappointment after another. Sourdough Jack with un toasted bread and cold. Next visit: 4 tacos were stale and cold. Yesterday, I saw an employee scoop what was left of curly fries from corners of tray. They looked like they’d been there awhile. I asked if they were fresh and he ignored me until I asked for the 3rd time. He said they were ‘in.’ Five minutes later, the cook dumped a bag of frozen curly fries into the fryer AFTER my burger was done. The cashier threw the old bag of fries away that he intended to give me had I not said anything. I asked for a refund for the fries. The cashier kept ignoring me and was a zombie who didn’t give a crap.
Same day: Went to Jack in the Box for curly fries on Carlsbad Village Drive since in the area. Received a bag of overcooked curly fry pieces and the entire bottom of the bag was soaked in grease. Four dollars. I asked for a refund. Cashier gave me attitude.
And the wage keeps increasing for fast food workers because? Unbelievable.

Granted, a Sunday at 10: 00...I should have just gone hungry! I assume the fries were at least 30 minutes old and sitting under a heat lamp. I believe they were also the remnants, small, cooked to a crisp, some of them were. I'm fairly certain I was short one chicken nugget. The price I was charged was not what was posted on the marquee. Maybe they shouldn't be open 24 hours, trim back to less than 18 and provide a quality product.

I REALLY needed to use the restroom and stopped here. 3 different people, including a manager, looked right at me and ignored me. Eventually I had to call for someone. The male manager came out and I asked if I could use the restroom. He wasn’t even listening because he immediately logged in to take an order. When I asked again, he (rudely) said “are you gonna order something?” I said no and he said “customers only”. There was literally NOBODY in there customer wise. Yet I still had to wait to be acknowledged AND spoken to rudely for asking “may I please use your restroom?” I would never come here. Even if I was starving.
Please be attentive when serving the order. I just ordered (10mins back) 2 spicy chicken burgers, 1 with cheese another without. When came back to home and open the burgers, I got 1 spicy chicken and another home style chicken(I didn’t order) Which has bacon, what we don’t eat. I had to discard the food. Please train your employees.

I was here for over 15+ minutes from 4:30 to about 5:57 there were no cars in the drive through and I didn’t get any service and once I finally got service the lady walked over lazily and slowly while scratching her head had an attitude and took a while too actually receive my order

Ordered 4 tacos with extra lettuce on 10/16/24. The taco shells were not fresh and so hard I could not bite them so I broke pieces off and there was nothing left to eat! I went back today 10/17/24 the mgr. said that I need a receipt ; I told him I threw it away; he would do nothing so I went home and looked through the trash and couldn’t find it but I did find 4 taco wrappers and took them to him , he still insisted on a receipt! It’s not the money it’s Poor customer service for $4! I live in the neighborhood and was a frequent customer.
