On 04/04/2024 @ apox 335pm, ordered a kids meal chicken strips with applesauce and lemonade, the woman at the window was extremely rude, brass, intimidating in her behavior, normally I have no problems here, she asked what sauce then started taking another drive threw order, had to wait for her to look at to let her know, she seemed like I was interrupting her, with her attitude she had and behavior towards me, she gave me my food looked in the bag no napkins and there were fries instead of applesauce, again had to wait for her to look towards me and I asked for a napkin, I didn't even want to mention the order being wrong. And one thing wanted to point out her nails are like 4inchs long. Seems unsanitary to me if working in foods. I can say I have never been treated like that before anywhere. She made me feel like I was bothering her, when she should had been more courteous.

I went to this Jack in the box at 2:21 am on December 11th 2023. I had been driving all night and was exhausted. I came here bc it is 24 hours open. There was no one in line. I went to the drive thru and the girl working told me they were on lunch break and to come back in 30 minutes. There were two workers. I’m pretty sure both are not supposed to take a break at the same time as one could have easily done the order. HOPE THE MANAGER HAS A WORD WITH THEM!!
