Every time I come by it’s a pleasant experience with delicious smoothies. Never had an issue and online orders are always as expected. I don’t know about these negative reviews but I do know this area is extremely entitled and snobby. People it’s simple, treat others with respect. It’s customer service yes, but that does not grant you permission to treat employees like garbage. I will continue buying from this location and the manager there is top of the line !

Lady working was VERY rude. I lost my keys and went in and asked if she saw them and she said “Excuse me?” and gave me a dirty look and then said “Girl I’ve been back here the whole time I don’t know what you want me to do.” They also don’t take apple pay and was very rude when my sisters and I tried to order. Never experienced anything like this

This place is incompetent and terrible. I ordered a mango smoothie and I can list the many things I dislike. For one it is completely chunky and distasteful. The lady working (who I think is the problem) was very rude and didn't even try on the drinks. Also it usually is very good and a little sweet. This tastes like water. Horrible.

It took 40 minutes for an online order that said it would be ready in 10 minutes.We felt bad for the only woman who was working.This is a very poorly managed location.

This location is not synced with their app. The menu on the app (for this location) was not available in store and the manager was very snarky about that. The smoothie I did end up with was not blended (mostly ice) and gritty; so I'm guessing they did not wash the ingredients... ew.

I had to remind them and they were so sorry that they gave me an extra drink for me! Worth the small extra wait. I’m going to come again because they definitely treat their customers first and will make up for any problems you have.

The juice tasted great, the only issue was after ten minutes my order wasn’t ready and they had apparently forgotten about it. I had to remind them and they were so sorry that they gave me an extra drink for me! Worth the small extra wait. I’m going to come again because they definitely treat their customers first and will make up for any problems you have.

Atmosphere is lacking but the smoothies are still awesome so go jamba juice there immunity shots keep me from getting sick every year they also have fresh juices wheat grass and snacks to munch on go check em out
