Every time I come by it’s a pleasant experience with delicious smoothies. Never had an issue and online orders are always as expected. I don’t know about these negative reviews but I do know this area is extremely entitled and snobby. People it’s simple, treat others with respect. It’s customer service yes, but that does not grant you permission to treat employees like garbage. I will continue buying from this location and the manager there is top of the line !

Lady working was VERY rude. I lost my keys and went in and asked if she saw them and she said “Excuse me?” and gave me a dirty look and then said “Girl I’ve been back here the whole time I don’t know what you want me to do.” They also don’t take apple pay and was very rude when my sisters and I tried to order. Never experienced anything like this

First off, have your employees know what to do if an online order doesn't show up in your system...I paid for it but your employee who is always there by himself in the morning acts like he just started.. annoying when I have been constantly coming to this Jamba juice for a while...train your staff before you lose money.. or just put someone else in the store early in the morning....going to the jamba juice on century from now on...

This place is incompetent and terrible. I ordered a mango smoothie and I can list the many things I dislike. For one it is completely chunky and distasteful. The lady working (who I think is the problem) was very rude and didn't even try on the drinks. Also it usually is very good and a little sweet. This tastes like water. Horrible.

It took 40 minutes for an online order that said it would be ready in 10 minutes.We felt bad for the only woman who was working.This is a very poorly managed location.

I came to this location 15 minutes before they opened and waited. Once they opened, I went there for the new beginning waffle bowl and they said they did not have the products to make the bowl. This is a new product being advertised. I dornt understand. Just be sure when you come to this site that, they might not have what you want.

I came at the very last minute and Layla was wonderful enough to still take my order and make the best strawberry surf rider! This has been my ultimate pregnancy craving so although I saw that they were going to be closing soon, I asked my husband to still take me knowing that I likely would be too late. Layla graciously took my order and blended my order smoothly. I've had rushed orders before where they came out chunky and not well blended but she definitely took her time and care. Appreciate you!

Coming here is always a hit or miss, the drinks are fine but they always open late or have an "I'll be back in 15 min" sign at the most random times. I'd suggest going to any other Jamba Juice in the area.

This location is not synced with their app. The menu on the app (for this location) was not available in store and the manager was very snarky about that. The smoothie I did end up with was not blended (mostly ice) and gritty; so I'm guessing they did not wash the ingredients... ew.
This is not a negative review towards the one worker that was working today. He did his VERY best considering he was working alone on a busy Friday afternoon. Clearly understaffed and a really long wait. Also, I'm not sure why their restrooms are still closed, they still have social distance rules and you STILL cannot dine inside. The CDC, CDPH & County of SD have released all of these restrictions. So weird!!!!

I have never seen a Jamba Juice not cleaned. Trash on the floor, glass windows and doors filthy, counters dirty with Banana peeling, oats, trash build up from under the counter. It discussing ! Workers are going along their day like it's the normal. You can clearly see the trash is full because it coming up from the whole in the counter. This is sad. Why can't we keep our stores clean with great customer service?

The past few time I've been here I've received rude and somewhat hostile service from Donna. I won't be returning back because of this. I'm not asking for perfect service while making me a smoothie, but it just seemed that she was going out of her way to be rude.
