Phil Jones, the owner of Jersey Mike’s at 7110 Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad, absolutely knocked it out of the park for our event! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Despite some challenges around our program’s net-30 payment terms, Phil didn’t bat an eye — his professionalism and willingness to work with us stood out immediately.

The sandwiches were incredibly fresh, the display was beautifully done, and the service was top-notch. Phil was a joy to work with, and we had more than enough food to share with our local sheriff’s department, highway patrol, CalFIRE, Secret Service, and Assemblymembers — everyone was raving about it!

While many may not realize it, each Jersey Mike’s location is independently owned and operated, making them small businesses in their own right. Phil exemplifies everything you’d want in a small business owner — reliable, responsive, and dedicated to quality.

We’ll absolutely be calling on Phil and his team again. Highly recommend!

Picked up an online order today, but the experience of the pickup was not so great.

I walked in to not be greeted with a friendly hello, but instead a sense of being an inconvenience to the lone employee behind the counter, who rolled their eyes at me simply walking in the door before a word was said. I mentioned I was here for online pickup but may be a little early. Was not asked for a name, but instead more silence. As I stood there, I figured I would say my name so he could tell who the order was for, and my order was ready! This gains a star because I did show up early thinking I'd maybe have to wait a little, but this was a pleasant surprise.

Needless to say, I couldn't leave any faster once I had my food. Food was exactly what I wanted, which gets another star. In the future, I would suggest you greet all customers with at the very least a friendly hello. It really sets the pace and impression for how your store operates. If I hadn't already ordered, I would have walked right out the door.

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had an exceptional experience thanks to Ruben and Isiah. From the moment I walked in, their customer service stood out. They were friendly, attentive, and took great care in preparing my order just right. The sandwiches were fresh and perfectly made, and their positive attitudes made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing a great experience for customers. Ruben and Isiah’s excellent service will definitely keep me coming back!

Sandwich was good but had to pull one course hair out of my mouth. Tried to get over it and went to finish my sandwich and pulled out another… Please wear hair nets

I don’t know how it’s so hard when it’s my now fourth time going and I only ask for one thing NO TOMATOES it’s not a huge request

for one I’ve been in there several times and it seems like they make the wrong sandwich on purpose. Maybe this is so they can get a free sandwich. I’m not sure. But it just seems really strange when I order a specific thing and something completely different and larger being made. this happened twice. They seem to have a new staff and they’re making the sandwiches and putting too much of the vinegar and oil which saturates the bun. And it makes it mushy and not taste good. I’m confident the owner will correct the soy bread situation. And I will continue to come here.

I paid $20 for a cheese steak sandwich with avocado added for $3. What i received was onions peppers cheese and avocado. When they made me a new one with meat, they forgot the avocado. At that point I had already driven away and came back once already I was not going to do it again. Definitely not worth the $20 I paid for a mediocre sandwich. They didn't even say sorry, or show any sense of urgency... dissappointing to say the least.

The Subs I get from this particular place are exceptional Everything is Real Fresh love to come here at my lunch brake ! Very tasty and well prepared love it !!! I love the service at the place and the Manager and staff are so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place 5 stars for sure ??‼️

My sandwich was delicious although I ordered the Big Kahauna and they were quite stingy with the mushrooms.

Love Jersey Mike's! This location especially. Staff is awesome and Christine always takes care of us.
