I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had an exceptional experience thanks to Ruben and Isiah. From the moment I walked in, their customer service stood out. They were friendly, attentive, and took great care in preparing my order just right. The sandwiches were fresh and perfectly made, and their positive attitudes made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing a great experience for customers. Ruben and Isiah’s excellent service will definitely keep me coming back!

Sandwich was good but had to pull one course hair out of my mouth. Tried to get over it and went to finish my sandwich and pulled out another… Please wear hair nets

I don’t know how it’s so hard when it’s my now fourth time going and I only ask for one thing NO TOMATOES it’s not a huge request

for one I’ve been in there several times and it seems like they make the wrong sandwich on purpose. Maybe this is so they can get a free sandwich. I’m not sure. But it just seems really strange when I order a specific thing and something completely different and larger being made. this happened twice. They seem to have a new staff and they’re making the sandwiches and putting too much of the vinegar and oil which saturates the bun. And it makes it mushy and not taste good. I’m confident the owner will correct the soy bread situation. And I will continue to come here.

I paid $20 for a cheese steak sandwich with avocado added for $3. What i received was onions peppers cheese and avocado. When they made me a new one with meat, they forgot the avocado. At that point I had already driven away and came back once already I was not going to do it again. Definitely not worth the $20 I paid for a mediocre sandwich. They didn't even say sorry, or show any sense of urgency... dissappointing to say the least.

The Subs I get from this particular place are exceptional Everything is Real Fresh love to come here at my lunch brake ! Very tasty and well prepared love it !!! I love the service at the place and the Manager and staff are so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place 5 stars for sure ??‼️

My sandwich was delicious although I ordered the Big Kahauna and they were quite stingy with the mushrooms.

Love Jersey Mike's! This location especially. Staff is awesome and Christine always takes care of us.

We really like Jersey Mike’s in general, but it was our first time to this location and the guy making sandwiches was only partially paying attention while we told him what toppings because he was making other sandwiches at the same time. My wife requested no cheese because she has a bad dairy allergy and it turned out he had put cheese on the sandwich and she ended up eating a significant amount of it before noticing because it was sliced so thin that it looked like meat. I understand being busy, but it’s better to be slower and give people your full attention than rush with partial attention and get things wrong
