Wow....$29 for two very mediocre sandwiches Haven't been there in years and would never go back I know prices are escalating but omg...it's a sandwich and it wasn't very special at all I'd rather spend $4.99 and get the same (if not better) at Sprouts

Christine, Christine, Christine! Wow! What an efficient ship you run. The place was packed and you had sandwiches flying through the pass. You kept your crew and products well managed. You were able to rapidly slice bread, and even more rapidly sliced cheeses, and meats. I was amazed at how fast you were able to get people through the line. You and your team remained professional, courteous, kind, and friendly. So refreshing!My compliments to you and your team! Job well done! Christine, You deserve a raise and a promotion! The owner of this establishment is lucky to have you.

Thought I was just coming in for a tuna sub, wasn't expected to be served complimentary *GOOD VIBES* --the guys working were singing along to the oldies music, and lovingly assembled me a mini tuna Sammy on white bread. Lord knows you can't just go having tuna from any old place, tuna salad can be sketchy. But theirs says it was made in house daily and I can believe it. Beach boys and Mamas and Papas provided the perfect soundtrack for scarfing the sando, and for a few moments I totally forgot about the fact that we're in a recession and hostile political climate. Will be back soon for the complimentary good vibes

I eat at this jersey mikes a couple times a week since it's right next to my gym. Today will be the last time I support this franchise. I went in to order my sub and they messed up my order pretty badly. I went to them and told the associate that this isn't what I ordered. He apologized and offered me a free sub. He went to look for the free sub coupon for me and realized they were out so he took my name down and told me next time I come in he will make me a new sub and had me write down my name and info. Two days later I decide to come again since I went back to the gym. I was talking to a "soon to be manager" since the associate wasn't working. I explained the situation to him and he said that it wasn't part of their policy. I understood because I didn't receive any physical evidence to prove I was promised a free sub. He only offered me 10% off. I told him that doesn't really help and said I come often so whenever I come and that associate that falsely offered me a free sub for his mistake is working I will handle it then. At this moment this rude lady names JEN who was ease dropping the entire conversation interrupted and said "Well it won't matter because you won't be getting your sub remade!" To which I said how can your associate offer something and you not honor it. It's just a $5-$10 sub it's not about the money it was just more the principle. I was totally fine just giving it up but the rudeness and terrible customer service is what has me here leaving this review. The customer is almost always right. I have been supporting their business no complaints. I ordered a sub and they messed up my order and promised a new one. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for a manager to not be sympathetic in the case or to be treating me the way she was. Bad look for the brand all together and I would definitely have a look at how that was handled. Messing up an order and not fixing the mistake is stealing from the customer. I didn't ask for what I got nor should I have to pay for their mistake. JEN thinks that if her company messes up your order you need to live with it no refund or fixing the mistake. Just makes me wonder how does one get into a management business in the hospitality industry. I wish I could give them a 0 rating. 1 is too generous.
