We have been coming here several times a month for years, but today there was about half the amount of meat as normal. Did someone make a mistake or is this corporation screwing over their best customers to make more profit? I wish I had taken before and after pics. The difference is crazy.

Tried the BBQ beef sandwich for the first time, it was ok, felt it needed more sauce for flavor. My usual go to is the California Club or the Philly cheesesteak. Usually I order in San Diego area but was in the area this week. I'll stick to my 2 usuals. I like to try new/different items sometimes & it can be hit or miss.

I've eaten at Jersey Mike's for years now and even knew one of the founding managers from Point Plesant, NJ, but I have to say I normally like the sandwiches, but this time it was quite disappointing. The meat tasted off, and the honey mustard tasted like a new recipe. Also, my stomach had issues after eating it. I also think their pricing is really overpriced for lunch meat and white bread. Maybe it was a bad day for the meat, but I won't be going back to this location even though the staff was awesome. They get 5 stars for sure.

Really nice people and efficient service. Store is always clean and orderly and everything is as it should. One comment, for some reason the bread here almost always tastes a bit stale compared to other Jersey Mike’s that I’ve been to.

Exactly what you are looking for and the subs, Mike's way, are awesome and huge. But very expensive.
This particular one always has my order made on time and ready for me to pick up during my lunch break. Friendly guys that work there. Dining area was clean every time that I've gone there for my lunch break.

We love Jersey Mikes, but this location is just not it! They've messed up our order a few times, which happens, but they are so uncoordinated. Out of the two times we've had an issue big enough to warrant a new sandwich, they've messed it up.
The first time they said, "just come on in and we'll remake it" and when we got there, they had no idea what we were talking about.
Most recently, we picked up a regular on the way home and didn't notice they had given us the wrong sandwich until we got home and they had almost closed. The guy on the phone felt bad they couldn't fix it that night and offered us a giant the next day (which was very nice of him). The problem is the same thing happened where they had no idea what we were talking about the next day when we went in and then they only offered us a regular (we would've just preferred a refund at that point instead of going out of our way to go back to this location).

Being rude with customers qhen you mess up isn't cool. I won't be going to this Jersey Mike's ever again, this is the second time the girl with way to much make up on was rude over how I ordered my sandwich. My bad that your set up has your mustard on the other side of your kitchen and I guess it's also my bad when I ask for a little mustard and you pile it on. And then when I asked her to start over, she wiped off all my mayo with mustard and snidly said is that good. I guess so do. No tip and never coming back. I'll drive to a different one ??
