I have ordered online many different times over the years. Recently, there was a hair in my sandwich on three different occasions. The first time, I didn't say anything. The second time, I called and mentioned it was a problem. Then after about a month, I ordered again. My daughters sandwich had a long brown hair in it. I went down to the location and requested a refund. They were kind about it but how is it that it happened to my three consecutive times. Will never go there again.

Your waiting around to place your order and get charged for extra items that they dont put on your order when you ask. Theres several employees just standing around dont know how to take an order and take more than 30 minutes trying to place an order and then another 30 trying to get your order. Pleas go elsewhere the service is horrible.

Ordered online for pick up. We found multiple pieces of hair in both subs. This was unsatisfactory. My wife found 3 pieces of hair, my daughter also found one.

I went there hoping for a great Italian sub, but as I watched them making it, I was cringing. There were so many health code violations, I wanted to leave. But I had already ordered, and was with someone who didn't want to leave. So, I ate my sub anyway. They were handling money & food with unwashed hands & on the bare counter. The sub actually tasted good. But, later, I was vomiting for a long time. For this reason, I never went back.

gotta say, this is a review I NEVER thought I'd write.was craving a Philly cheesesteak sandwich big time. the Cheesesteak Grill is a couple of exits up I-5 but to say the quality of their offerings has steadily declined since the death of the original owner a couple of years ago would be a kindness. the Fat Cowboy, a new offering at Jersey Mike's, popped up on a social media feed and was desperate enough to give it a try. boy, was I rewarded. used the Jersey Mike app, clear and actually functional, a rarity in my experience, to order lunch. the Fat Cowboy wasn't on the app menu so re-worked a Big Kahuna with extra meat and extra cheese.WOWZA. hot, juicy, and loaded, lunch was a revelation. next time I'm in dire need of a cheesesteak sandwich, I know where I'm headed.ps: have previously enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs but thought they were mostly lettuce on a squishy Italian roll. the extra meat option is definitely gonna be my new go-to.

Rude employees honestly. And they don't listen to what you want on the toppings. I thought mikes way would be the simplest and easiest for jersey MIKES but I guess not.I used to work for a jersey mikes and it's very hard to mess up a sandwich so the fact that mine was messed up twice is ridiculous. I get people make mistakes but don't be rude and give attitude while continuing to make mistakes.

Multiple pieces of hair baked into the bread. It turns my stomach even thinking about these sandwiches. Big knots of it, as if someone had emptied a clothes dryer's lint catcher into the bread before baking.

My Italian sub was okay. My husband and I went last night around 8pm, as far as customer service, two boys running the line seemed like they really didn't want to be there, one customer in front of us took probably 10 mins standing there for one sandwich which is fine but no friendliness at all no welcome just rolling there eyes waiting for us to decide, the vibe was definitely unwelcoming, I felt bad for the guy in front of us and behind.
