V poor 20 mins late and missed one item

Went about 45 mins before close on a Tuesday and they had already shut down the grill (wouldn’t make me a cheesesteak) and cleaned out the toppings area. Seemed annoyed that I was there. Those kids were ready to go home, I get it. I sat outside to eat so I wouldn’t bother them and it smelled like a sewer had backed up nearby. Sandwich was good though.

Slooowwwwww service. Long waits, even 20 minutes after estimated 15 minute for pickup. Beware to wait.

i went there about 3:30 and the lady who first helped me was rude. she saw us multiple times, and we waited about 3 minutes trying to see if were going to be greeted, and we weren’t. when she finally came to us, she immediately just said “what can i get you guys?” not once did she ask us how we were, anything. two customers came in after us and she proceeded to give them attitude as well. not once did she talk to any of us besides asking what we wanted, or even smile. she looked miserable. the lady who helped finish our transaction (with green hair!) was lovely! super kind, had a big smile on her face, and she was the reason why i gave a tip. she helped me feel better after dealing with the previous rude lady.

I came here today at about 4pm. The woman there was quite rude to me. She seemed to get annoyed when I added something to my order and even raised her voice at the end of the transaction when asking if I wanted a receipt. On top of all that, my order wasn't even correct. I literally only exchanged a few words with her during the entire encounter so I don’t know what the deal was, but I won’t come back to this location.

I have Jersey Mike's Sandwich probably once a week, this store was the bottom of barrel, this business was suppose to be a customer service oriented business. Unfortunately the employees from order taker to the manager were rude, impolite and damn unprofessional. I suggest corporate office look into operation of this location.

Hungry for a sandwich? Have you had a Jersey Mike's sub? This is my first time, they're pretty good! I'm here on June 18th 2024 at around 2:00. There's still a steady flow of people coming in which is a good sign, It means the foods good and delicious. I'm having the advertised California sub and has crispy bacon inside really good. They have unsweetened and sweetened iced tea, The staff are eagerly working and are helpful especially for someone who's a newbie that doesn't know their menu well. The location is just across the street from Palomar airport in Carlsbad.

Usually the sandwich is good, but not this time seem like the girl was mad to help me and be there, I even tipped over 50% and I still got attitude, never said hi when I walked in employee eating on the line, first time I ever had to throw away a whole sandwich cause of how bad it
