I have Jersey Mike's Sandwich probably once a week, this store was the bottom of barrel, this business was suppose to be a customer service oriented business. Unfortunately the employees from order taker to the manager were rude, impolite and damn unprofessional. I suggest corporate office look into operation of this location.

Hungry for a sandwich? Have you had a Jersey Mike's sub? This is my first time, they're pretty good! I'm here on June 18th 2024 at around 2:00. There's still a steady flow of people coming in which is a good sign, It means the foods good and delicious. I'm having the advertised California sub and has crispy bacon inside really good. They have unsweetened and sweetened iced tea, The staff are eagerly working and are helpful especially for someone who's a newbie that doesn't know their menu well. The location is just across the street from Palomar airport in Carlsbad.

Came to Jersey mikes for lunch today, they were super busy as always. What I love is that regardless if they were busy everyone was very attentive and helpful and not let anyone feel forgotten. Sherice really stood out to me she saw I was waiting but she was keeping me posted on the status of my food. Really made the time go so much faster by letting me know I was not forgotten. Great team!

This was the worst experience ever. I went in and stood in line then when it was my turn to order a male worker completely ignored me and began to talk to the male customer behind me. There is a male worker at the Palomar airport location who had a bunch of tattoos. He gave me a horrible experience. The man answered to the name of “dan”He was rude to me and ignored me when I asked for extra tomatoes and lettuce. while I was ordering he continued to have a conversation with the male customer behind me which made me feel like I was talking to a wall. While I was eating i saw him do the same thing to 2 more women who were ordering. I also observed his negative behavior to his employees. He ignored them and only gave his attention to the male customers and employees. This is sexist behavior and for that I will never come to this location ever again.

I've been going to Jersey Mikes since 1975, the original Mike's in New Jersey. I picked up the 13 original italian for my birthday sub. Jersey Mikes was a staple for us in NJ. Always fresh and consistent. Keep up the good
