This is my second review of this location. I gave it several months and dozens more orders. I don't know if the take out prep workers are just not reading the special requests or they are ignoring them. Today, I put "EXTRA MAYO please." just like that on the wrap instructions and "Extra mayo please" on the order instructions as well. Guess what? I got NO MAYO. None. How is that even possible? I ordered a wrap yesterday and put "Extra mayo, like way more than you usually use". No extra mayo. I would call what I got "light mayo" at best, and it was only in ONE HALF of the wrap. The other half was dry. Another "wtf" moment. This shouldn't be so difficult.

Came to Jersey mikes for lunch today, they were super busy as always. What I love is that regardless if they were busy everyone was very attentive and helpful and not let anyone feel forgotten. Sherice really stood out to me she saw I was waiting but she was keeping me posted on the status of my food. Really made the time go so much faster by letting me know I was not forgotten. Great team!

This was the worst experience ever. I went in and stood in line then when it was my turn to order a male worker completely ignored me and began to talk to the male customer behind me. There is a male worker at the Palomar airport location who had a bunch of tattoos. He gave me a horrible experience. The man answered to the name of “dan”He was rude to me and ignored me when I asked for extra tomatoes and lettuce. while I was ordering he continued to have a conversation with the male customer behind me which made me feel like I was talking to a wall. While I was eating i saw him do the same thing to 2 more women who were ordering. I also observed his negative behavior to his employees. He ignored them and only gave his attention to the male customers and employees. This is sexist behavior and for that I will never come to this location ever again.

I've been going to Jersey Mikes since 1975, the original Mike's in New Jersey. I picked up the 13 original italian for my birthday sub. Jersey Mikes was a staple for us in NJ. Always fresh and consistent. Keep up the good
Love this location. The service is great (especially Cris). One problem is that the air conditioning seems to be broken lately. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Just have to say that this location does a really nice job. Workers are friendly, the food is good, the place is clean. My wife likes this one as the sandwiches are consistently good. She's here many times per week. It's simple done right, each time.
