If you go before the lunch rush at this location your sandwich will be made with extreme haste, no care in the world if the toppings are correct , what toppings are selected will be neatly placed between the bread and the wrapper making an absolute mess

Came to this restaurant early in the morning and it was open cause they were loading and asked if I could use the restroom because nothing was open out of courtesy being that I actually like Jersey Mikes and the girl there was extremely rude and had an attitude definitely not acceptable. If you don’t like your job and you don’t like being in customer service I suggest you get another job. Moreover Jersey mikes should hire people that actually like dealing with other people. Terrible!

I was there today, 1 out of 3 customers waiting to order. First of all, if I was the business owner I would fire the lady named Analee. She was very rude and unprofessional. It's obvious she hates her job and zero customer service skills. There was no line, 3 people just waiting including me trying to place an order while 4 people "working" inside making people wait because only the young gentleman was trying to do his best. He was great. The lady named Analee was so rude and unprofessional that I wanted to leave without placing an order. No meet no greet, when I tried to order she angrily told me I'm the 3rd in line , and commanded me to move aside and wait in line when there wasn't any, and I had no idea because I thought other two customers are just waiting for their orders. After 10 min waiting she took my order, no apology no nothing. Then , she and the other lady made me wait 30 min to give me only 1 of my orders. When I asked where is my second item, she cluelessly watched on my face. Luckily, the young guys who worked there, stepped up, apologized and went on making my second sandwich himslef. Another 15 min wait. While waiting, I noticed that all Analee did complained how she wanted to be anywhere but there, or wandered around doing nothing, but pretending to doing things, or had meaningless chats with people waiting there. Total embarrasmen to the business. Cleanness would be 3 out of 10. Without that young man that business will fall apart in days. The food was prepared so badly and so in rush that I won't even call it a food. Just mess and mix of ingredients. Will not recommend anyone coming here , unless you want to be ignored and wait 40 min for one tastless sandwich.

Worst experience here. If I could give no stars I would . My daughter really had to use the bathroom and my husband and I decided we would just eat here after she goes . Right when my husband walked in with my daughter he was trying to let her go to the bathroom first before ordering but he didn't get that opportunity because one of the workers yelled at him from behind the counter that he had to purchase something before he could use it he said okay but she really has to go I will after . The worker didn't like that and made a huge fuss and yelled at him again about buying wither a cookie or chips to use the bathroom and my husband said yes I know I will when my daughter is done . The lady didn't like that and went to another worker and told them that my husband needs to buy something . The other worker yelled at husband what do you want a cookie or a chip and that's when I walked in and he told me what happened and told me to buy something but we wouldn't be actually eating lunch here because he was upset for being yelled at to buy something when we were if they only waited . I'm not one to complain but I would not eat here if the workers are going to be yelling at me from across the restaurant

I wouldnt recommend ordering from here. I have been burned too many times now waiting 30 minutes or more past my pickup times for my sandwich. The most frustrating part is being there for 10-15 minutes well after my emailed pickup time and watching customers walk in and have their food made and served before me, when I ordered my sandwich 30-40 minutes before they even walked in the door. They are understaffed and undertrained and as the comments reflect management does not care one bit.

Rude staff member! I placed an order, then used the restroom, which appeared to be open and was in working condition. When I came out, a very rude member of staff shouted across the restaurant that "for future reference, the restrooms are closed" they then proceeded to put an out of service sign on the door! I don't know how they expected anyone to know when there was no sign up, and they were working! I was somewhat taken aback by being "told off" in public, and at the rudeness that I didn't even think to argue the point! Hope they get some training in better customer service!

Ordered online, 3 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. Cost nearly $40 and once I got the food home from pick up, ALL 3 sandwiches were wrong. Not in the sense that I was given the wrong order, but every sandwich was not made how we requested. I called to speak to someone about it but their phone system kept saying mailbox full. I went to the website and sent an email of my awful experience and nobody has gotten back to me. I will never return.

I am here now with 4 little kids, when we ordered they didn’t tell me that one of the subs was going to take 20 extra minutes. Then when I asked, they got really rude and yelled at me that maybe I should find some employees for them to work back there since they have so many orders ahead of me. This is a mall and busy, it feels like the staffing is not right and they are stressed about it. I don’t think it’s ok for them to snap at the customer because they are stressed with work.

Working the same mall as this location I order from them 5 days a week. Customer service used to be phenomenal, but there seems to be a shift in the management team.. all the females I’ve encountered working there currently are very rude with attitudes. Prior to this team shift I would be greater by my name as soon as I walked in. They would even joke around and say see you tomorrow after I picked up my order bag. Big mistake letting previous team go! The restaurant is absolutely filthy! Food and trash on counters and ALL over the floor. Disgusting! Clean up that entire store! Won’t be goin back!

Look, I’ve worked in the service industry for ten years.With that said, my wife and I came in tonight at 8:55. The kid at the counter said, “We’re closed.” I said, “It’s 8:55. My wife just has to use the bathroom.”Before I could finish my sentence, he cuts me off and says, “I just cleaned it. I don’t wanna have to clean it again.”I’m like, “Bro, so you’re really gonna treat a person, inhumanely, because it inconveniences you to have to clean the bathroom again?”Anyway, that’s not okay. I don’t like to bring up the personal side of this, but she did end up having a bowel movement on herself.So, let me make this clear, if you’re completely closed, lock your door. But, if it’s 8:55 and you close at 9, you technically cannot close. If someone approaches your restaurant during that time, you’re obligated to let them in unless they cause a disturbance. With that said, you do have the right to refuse service to anyone. In this case, because you didn’t wanna clean a bathroom, my wife faces problems of incontinence, and loses her dignity.I’m definitely going to have to write corporate. This is sad that your management doesn’t preach a better customer service, empathetic mentality.
