Bottom line. I basically paid $25 dollars for a bread sandwich that wasn't that good. Could barely see any meat or cheese. Jersey mikes has gone down hill. Different locations do a little better but still. I used to go twice a week. Now I go once every 4 months and it just reminds me why.

The number of times they don't listen to you or get your order wrong has become unacceptable. It feels like they purposely tune out so they don't have to customize any sandwich. The food is fine, but the service will have me going elsewhere from now on. Management needs to reevaluate this location.

We absolutely hate this location, we have tried this location multiples times out of convenience and they always mess up the order somehow, today they even forgot to make one of our sandwiches on the grill. We’d rather drive an extra 10 mins to Palomar or Encinitas. Encinitas location is our fav!

I've been in several times and the guys are always super friendly and helpful. Great service and good sandwiches I am super grateful that they are here.

Came about 15-20 minutes before closing, gentleman man was cleaning, door was open and he said they were closed and couldn't help me

Constantly messing up pick up or delivery orders. If you do eat here make sure you dine in.

Forgot avocado when we confirmed to add to sandwich twice verbally.

5 Stars for this Jersey Mike's location and staff. They are fast and know how to build a great sandwich that each slice of meat is cut to order! We even had one sandwich with Gluten Free bread that was really good. Love my sandwich built "Mike's way" and always fresh Italian subs you can beat it!

The manager at this location is wonderful guy. They have only been open a short time, but I have been in several times and every time the crew is upbeat and friendly.

Ordered ahead and picked up. Ready right on time. Excellent subs! They are busy so I hope they stay in business and stay. A good replacement for TOGOs
