Noah and John are incredible. They are so careful with making your sandwiches and truly care. You can tell. I am so grateful we chose this location rather than any other- because Noah was so kind as to make me a pickle-wich. We came all the way from Hawaii and don’t have a jimmy johns. In my interactions with the staff, and I have been going there since they opened, they have always been helpful and considerate.
Today, I had an order incompleted, I called in, they readily acknowledged the problem and has made it right.
I do see some turnover there, but it has always seemed that they are working towards being better.

Stopped in while traveling for work from the east coast. The two employees were beyond friendly and polite. Offered a lot of places to explore that they recommended, (my badly mispronouncing La Jolla) and overall felt very welcomed. Sandwich was solid and price was reasonable.
Definitely worth it.
