Stopped in while traveling for work from the east coast. The two employees were beyond friendly and polite. Offered a lot of places to explore that they recommended, (my badly mispronouncing La Jolla) and overall felt very welcomed. Sandwich was solid and price was reasonable.

After having come to love Jimmy John’s in Washington, I was surprised to see a location in SoCal. The #7 is just as delicious as always and highly recommended. New management continues the legacy. Thank you!

Today, I had an order incompleted, I called in, they readily acknowledged the problem and has made it right.
I do see some turnover there, but it has always seemed that they are working towards being better.
