Just wanted to share that if you get fried chicken here, typically you don't have to wait to order it. However, some times you do and that's ok because then your fried chicken is fresh. Of course, if you're ordering from an App or your phone, this review may not apply to you. This is just for ordering at the counter. Anyway, that's the mindset I always have when getting fried chicken. I would prefer to wait rather than get any from their heatlamps. That said, these guys go above and beyond with customer service and always apologize when they tell you they have to fry more chicken. Some times, they'll even offer you free drinks because of the wait time. But recently, I waited 15 minutes (again, I have no problem waiting and actually prefer it) and not only did they offer me free drinks, but extra chicken and sides. Truly an ideal example for other fast food establishments to follow! YMMV!

I have been getting chicken from a different chain for a while now, but I was walking by KFC and craved a biscuit and gravy. It was good but smaller and less fluffy than the other place. Too many of the chicken items had bones and skin which don't suit my fancy.

The wait times I regularly experience in this drive-through are insane. It truly boggles the mind that sometimes you just sit for 15 damn minutes... not moving, no-one ordering... don't know if all the employees head in to the walk in fridge to smoke a joint or what. But it's crazy.
