Luna Grill Bressi Ranch

I used to love this restaurant but I went 4 times in the past two months and the rice isn't the same, I went to the one in Encinitas and the one in Carlsbad, both locations have decreased the quality of the rice, I don't believe it is a chef's problem, it is the rice quality, it is soft and puffy, it used to be firm. I hope they will fix the rice so I can change my review.

I’ve ordered chicken kabob from Luna Grill multiple times and specifically asked for it to be well-done, but they always serve it undercooked and raw. I’ve even had to put it in the air fryer to cook it properly myself! This has happened several times, and it’s beyond frustrating.

I had the same issue last year, wrote a review, and later deleted it, thinking maybe it was just a one-time problem. But clearly, they don’t listen and don’t care. The staff is also rude and dismissive. This time, I’m not deleting my review because they need to fix this issue. Very disappointing!

Jordan made my experience exceptional. He was caring, compassionate and thoughtful.

Amazing restaurant. Food was delicious, restaurant was very clean, and the personnel were very courteous and friendly. They seemed to be genuinely concerned with our needs. My wife and I were especially impressed with the service that we received from Baylee. I would highly recommend this restaurant for great food and excellent service.

I had a great experience at the Luna in Bressi Ranch recently. I was trying to decide which bowl to get, and Shay was helpful in making suggestions. I ended up deciding on the Luna Vida Veggie bowl, and it was really good!

Luna Grill has been a family favorite for healthy and delicious food since they opened their first restaurant off Camino del Sur many years ago. The original is gone, but yesterday I had a particularly good experience at the Bressi Ranch location. I’m sorry I neglected to get the name of the person in charge, but despite the fact he was by himself when I came in and was busy with lots of pick up orders, he took the time to help me customize my order and use rewards I had forgotten I had. The food was also fresh & yummy!

They hardly put any chicken in the bowls. I received 3 of the tiniest pieces of chicken I've ever seen, literally the size of a quarter, and we paid over $14.... not returning
