This location is very good. Staff is friendly and efficient versus Encinitas location, which is complete opposite.

We ordered 2 of the same Mediterranean salads. The salads did not look like the picture on the menu and was missing ingredients pictured in the menu picture. is it because it was a special price that they can delete ingredients? Cmon Luna make sure your team is trained on what goes into your salads!

This Luna grill is always a pleasure to visit, Vella and Baylee were the two girls working today. They were very kind and hospitable.
Food came out quick. Salmon plate was good. Chicken pita was good. Front of house cashier was rude. He is a bald man with glasses, not sure of his name. When we initially walked in his first statement to us was "Are you here for pickup?" No hello, nothing. Then we were stood in about a queue of 3 people waiting for our order to get taken, while he seemed to just stand there. We then proceeded to take our first order, he cut me off before i finished to ask if there was anything else. The person I was with had to wait about 4 minutes after me to get his order taken, the cashier also forgot to give him a soda after he asked. About 4 minutes after we received our food he began to do his rounds asking if everyone was okay, and skipped our table. Although this is very niche actions the impact was still subtracted from the quality of experience. I would recommend going to the Luna Grill on El Camino instead. Much friendlier & quicker service.

Luna grill in Bressi Ranch is always a good choice for lunch, dinner or catering! I hadn’t visited this location in a while as my office shut down after COVID. We would always cater from here and the food was fresh and delicious every single time. I was missing my weekly Luna Grill fix and decided to meet my husband for lunch last Friday. We were greeted right away by Baylee, she was so kind, engaging and helpful. She let us know how long our order would take, checked on us a few times and went above and beyond for everybody in the restaurant at the time. For a fast casual environment she made it feel welcoming and pleasant - thanks Baylee!! The food was delicious too. We got the gyro plate and the portions were huge. It’s a bit pricey for lunch but I think it’s worth it because of the quality and portion size. I have never been disappointed by the food or catering service, if we still had our offices I know we’d be getting weekly catering. We went to the Luna Grill in Bressi Ranch. The food was delicious and the staff very curtious, specifically Baylee who served us and checked on us several time.
Food was a little pricey but absolutely delicious. One of the workers, Baylee, went way and above. I had ordered the falafel bowl but a chicken bowl was brought to the table. It was the lunch rush and I didn’t have a lot of time so I just ate it anyways. It was great but not what I ordered. Baylee (who didn’t even take my order) overheard me order the falafel and corrected my order. Exceptional customer service. Thank you!
