Explained l was a first time visiter the cashier gave me a suggestion of the combo1 l told her l don't do spicy she said they had non spicy. The chicken was so good and flavorful the fries were awesome especially with the sauce . I will definitely be back especially for the tenders and l was so full couldn't finish it all.You definitely have a new customer.My husband was mad I didn't leave him more leftovers

The best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Very crispy and deliciously spicy. I ordered the dark meat and substituted the fries for coleslaw. The service was excellent very nice gentleman at the counter. Not a long wait for the food to come out and he brought it to me at the table. Definitely going back.

Uhmm… disappointing. Kinda cheap to be honest. Doesn’t allow substitutions for your MC sauce. If one doesn’t want it, you can’t have any other one for free. You must pay. Even though you’re already paying for 2 sauces you don’t want, you gotta pay more for anything else.
Yeah, that’s cheap of this place. Even McDonald’s gives out whatever sauce you want for free. 😂

AWFUL customer service. We ordered an extra tender (for $7) when we got home we realized there was no extra tender and when we called back to get a refund the employee said we’ll have to contact Door Dash for a refund. Now we’ve been on hold with them for 30 minutes. Will not be back.

Mild chicken sandwich was excellent ! The fries are one of a kind, very delicious!
The service is typically bad and they charge for extra sauce but the food GREATLY makes up for the lack luster service and mediocre seating. 10/10 would cluck out for their chicken 🍗

My wife and I stopped here to share one of their lunch specials. It consisted of a dark meat, chicken sandwich, french fries, and a drink. The chicken sandwich was not very good. The dark meat was gristly. The french fries were coated with some sort of spicy seasoning and it made them unpleasant to eat. We asked for a straw for the drink, and we were told that they don’t give out straws.
The person that took our order was a young lady who seemed indifferent about what we chose, and who seemed more interested in finishing with us so that she could go talk to the guy in the back in the cooking area.
We will not be coming back here again. You can do better than this.

Completely weird ahh establishment. I left a complaint with their service on their Instagram social media page. They reached out to help, but then they said there was “inconclusive “ evidence on the cameras that my experience was bad on their part. ???? I defended myself and they apologized and finally offered a solution with a complimentary meal. That told me they would email it to me. I waited two weeks and they never reached out so i DOUBLE texted them on Instagram about it and they apologized once again and finally sent me an email. However, it had already taken too long to receive my free meal and i was no longer in the country for the time. I had to wait over a month to finally receive my solution to their questionable customer service.
But it gets better. Because i was complaining a great deal to them, they reached out to my job and tried to get me fired. I had told them where i worked because i was comparing the quality of service at my job versus the quality of customer service i was receiving from their business. My job’s HR department called me to inform me one day that Main Chick Hot Chick was asking questions about me and my job.
What the actual…. My job informed me that they had my back in protecting my identity and not disclosing any of my personal information to this company. But my conversation with this company was still needing to be taken care of since i had not yet received my solution. The thing is, now their customer service rep was asking to meet me in person so that he could finally give me a promised complimentary gift card. I have not set foot into this establishment or agreed to meet this representative at the company because i am very afraid about what his intentions are with meeting me. They completely invalidated my initial negative experience, failed at fixing my issue, and tried to avoid all repercussions by having me fired. This is a WEIRD AHH COMPANY. I don’t even know what my experience is but i am in the process of speaking to people to see what i should do. This is a Weird. Company.

Chicken is really good! Sandwich looks like a slider, but it is very filling & one fills you up. Fries are seasoned perfectly too.
