I spent $40 on chicken for the family, and they won't give us cups for tap water. I thought the lady was joking. What kind of a fast food place services spicy chicken but won't give you a 3 cent cup for tap water. Unreal. We won't be back.

Got a chicken sandwich and it looked like a chicken tender in a small bun. I went to the counter and they said it was correct but the other sandwich we got was full size. They also do not give free water to customers and charge $3.00 for a bottled water. Taste is great, but I feel like they ripped me off!

People leaving bad reviews because it's too spicy are ordering wrong. For reference, the "medium" is spicier than a typical spicy chicken sandwich at $FAST_FOOD_RESTAURANT. If you like spicy you'll like this.

Food is really not that good with some sides over seasoned or some sides under seasoned. Seems like a person saw there was no places in the area with hot chicken and figured they could try to wing it and make money. Service is decent but environment is one that make prefer to eat my food in the car before sitting down at the store. Would drive the extra distance for the next closest hot chicken spot.

We found MC’s food extremely delicious and service very courteous. Crispy, perfectly cooked chicken with awesome fries.
Just tried this place through Uber eats and was not disappointed. The chicken was spicy as requested and super crispy. The pickles were a delicious compliment. Going to enjoy the leftovers today!

My kids consider this food "unironically" good. They were astounded by the quality and taste. They grew up eating from another chicken place and realized Main Chick is everything they liked about that place but to a higher dimension. Everyone ordered the Combo #1 with varying degrees of spiciness and cheese content. The staff is lovely and the packaging for takeout orders is sturdy. We will definitely be frequenting Main Chick.

They have some of the best fries I've ever had! They are crispy and I think they had a slight dusting of their spice mix. The chicken is tender and crispy. I ordered the Combo #3 (chicken tenders). I'm diabetic and as much as I think the sandwich would help solve my spice wimp factor I just need to say no to those carbs. I ordered the mild and after one of the generous size tenders I had to call it a day and take it home for later. Perhaps ordering them 'naked' would help but I fear I'll miss the spices; so we'll see. The only other concern is it seems a bit pricey given lower cost fast food options steps away. I have a hard time spending more than $20 for a meal and a drink. It's good and the rating reflects that but ouch.
