Menchies Frozen Yogurt

The worker only showed up from the back when it was time to pay, and went on to choose her own tip instead of letting us press it on the screen. This is so unprofessional and I will not be returning.

I think we just over-charged. The reason we decided to try it out was because we got a community mailer by one get one free. In the end we got charged nearly $17 for two, so that must not be right unless one cost that much.
The tart ice cream tasted so biter, I had to eat around it. It’s usually a pretty good flavor. Maybe by 7:00pm some of the flavors run out dang.

My boyfriend and I went in for a treat after dinner and built ourselves each a nice cup of frozen yogurt with plenty of toppings. Two separate parties paid before us with card, and about 5 minutes later it was our turn.

The young lady working let us know after we put our cups on the scale that the WiFi was down, that it would take 30 minutes to go back up, and that she could only accept cash payment. We expressed we only had $3 cash and she immediately became defensive saying that there was nothing she could do.

We were not advised about the ATM down the way, we were not asked to wait while a manager was contacted - literally nothing was done to try and help us get the food we had already prepared. We didn’t need the froyo for free we just wanted some effort in resolving the problem.

In the end, $12 of frozen yogurt was left uneaten and wasted and she messed with the vibe of our night.

Will not return :(

BEWARE: If you pay electronically, this store automatically adds a 15% tip unless you specifically select “No Tip.” I almost missed it and almost paid a 17-year old $7 to press a button.

The pricing at this store is over the top and they rarely change up flavors compared to the other branches. Sometimes the smell of the detergent is overpowering. A few tweaks aimed at customer satisfaction and value, would be a great store!

Happy place for kids. Not a lot of flavors but really delicious dessert with variety of toppings. Lady who was working there in the evening on 8/5 was nice and friendly and it was delightful to see so many happy children faves while we were enjoying our yogurt.

The kid at the register needs a little help with his customer service. There was no lead on staff. People can only be as good as their leader.

Absolutely fantastic! Clean toppings bar with lots of flavors of ice creams to choose from. Friendly service and a good location.

Yogurt really not that flavorful, not many add-in options. Kind of a sad little place for such a sweet shopping center.
