Menchies has the best variety of frozen yogurt flavors and the prices are reasonable. Whenever I visit North county San Diego, my family always make a stop at Menchies!

Two very rude girls on Monday June 12th around 6:30pm. They were having their own conversation for a while and we had to cut them off to ask them a question, and when we did it seemed to bother them. Their response was very rude. We later asked if they had any strawberries that were more fresh because the ones in the bin looked really old and they said “no” with and attitude. About 10 minutes later we heard another customer as she walked out say to her mom, “why’d you tip, they were so rude?”Hopefully they can be respectful in the future.

It doesn’t take much to be kind to your customers. But the girls working tonight went out of their way to make our day worse. I go to Menchies all the time and have great customer service however this location is the exception. Make the extra 15 minutes drive to the next store.
Some of the workers are really rude and don't know what good customer service is. I would rather go to other locations or another franchise.

This location is really messy, they were out of several things, they didn't have any receipt paper, and when you pointed it out, they just gave you a half-hearted "sorry" but didn't do anything to change it. This location is poorly managed and they need to step it up. They don't seem to care if they keep their customers or not based on their response when you tell them something is missing. There's just a bunch of what seems like high school students working there who aren't trained in customer service. Not recommended. Go to a different Menchie's.
