Carlsbad, CA. They catered a Christmas party I attended tonight. The food was wonderful (tri-tip carved to order, smoked bbq chicken, fresh pico de gallo, grilled vegetables, seasoned white rice, Texas toast) and the servers were impeccable.

As they served the food one wiped the rim of the plate with a clean paper towel for an immaculate presentation. Well plated!

Book them, you will be glad you did. 10/10 recommend. Mexico City Cuisine was professional, easy to talk with (Thank you Eva!), fast service, exceptionally tasty food, and we also hired them as bartending staff, great drinks. Fantastic people that care about the service they provide. Thank you guys so much!!!

Very hard to work with this catering company, make sure to give them more than 4 weeks out maybe thats my fault. They also overbooked their events so our booking fell thru at the last minute. Luckily there are plenty of other taco options. I’m sure their food is good but also slightly overpriced.

For the location at The vistonian in vista. The sign said taco Tuesday and we'll I assumed they would have some kind of deal but no. They use it to lure you and tell you there's a menu with about 8 choices. I got the super nachos for 13 bucks which is chips beans Carne asada Pico cheese. Once it arrived it was all cold I did tell on of the staff and they said they will let the chef know and offered a free meal but I declined. Next time I will stick with frank on california or Alberta's on sycamore save your money and get quality.

Mexico City catered my wedding earlier this month and we were so pleased with the food and the service! We decided on their Taco Bar and the food was delicious! I am a native San Diegan but my husband is from the Midwest so it was awesome to have some authentic Mexican food for all our out-of-town guests to experience haha. Everything went perfectly and all our guests really enjoyed the food. Mexico City was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. They provided bartending staff as well as the catering service and also handled our cake-cutting. If you are looking for some delicious Mexican food for your next event I would 1000% recommend Mexico City Cuisine!

Leo and his team are the BEST! Their food is SO DELICIOUS and their service is OUTSTANDING!! If you are looking for a professional team to cater your wedding I highly recommend them! Leo and his team catered my wedding and if I could give more than five star I absolutely would!! We used Mexico City Cuisine for our wedding at the Carlsbad Flower Fields for catering, linens, and bartending services - they were great! They are really easy to work with and flexible with last minute changes, plus the food is so good! Definitely recommend this company.

As a Southern California local, I knew I wanted good food and with our large guest size I was looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank, so obviously, tacos. Mexico City Cuisine came highly recommended through my coordinator, our venue (River Garden Wedding & Events), and I saw them recommended several times on the facebook groups. Everything I read was spot on.
Great food, great service, and they go above and beyond. We ordered the trio: tacos, fajitas, and enchiladas and every single item was 10/10. The staff was constantly walking around the venue bussing tables and refilling water where needed. They helped cleanup and load out at the end of the night and bagged up our leftovers to enjoy the next day. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Eva who happily responded to my gazillion emails over the course of a year and a half!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING people & food! Saved my friends wedding day after their primary caterer no showed! They rushed over within the hour & had everything they needed for the 100+ guests and did not make them feel bad or rushed. I personally work in the events industry as a DJ & this is what sets people apart ! Thank you so much!

original catering company was over 2 hours late with no notification.. mexico city cuisine came with basically no advance notice and were already to serve us in time .. food was great and I loved how they went beyond my expectations when I asked for just veggies they asked for me to wait few min which I did and trust and believe I was impressed they were quick fresh and delicious 10/10 for me thanks to these lady's and gentlemen u put the final touches toʻ the wedding to come together.. with out tou hurl it would if put a major damper on the brides and grooms day as well all know they always ate stressed because they want everything perfect.. with your help it was 1000 thanks

We recently got married at Building 177 in Point Loma and when deciding on a caterer, MCC was one of our venue’s preferred vendors. They were absolutely fantastic! To this day we still get compliments from our guests on the food and the dessert churro bar. We did a tasting beforehand and Leo & Eva were so accommodating with any changes and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!
