This place is overall okay. I feel like the service could be faster. Four people will be working and one person will take the order and one person will fulfill three drinks. Also got skimped this morning. She looked right at the cup and didnt say anything when we all were just.... staring at the emptiness. Would have taken two seconds to fix.

I ran in 10 minutes before closing time and they told me they wouldn't take my order. If you claim to be open until 7pm then you should follow that. I just wanted a green juice after my gym sesh, guess I'm going to Jamba Juice now

Wow First i want to start off & talk about the customer service A+ the ladies and gentlemen always get me in & out very efficiently. I am a fan of the Greenie with orange (green juice) so yummy and the Turmeric shots. Y U M. I also like that they always give you the full amount of the juice and dont short you. I highly recommend going here if you are considering it. You will feel better

I go to this juice bar on the daily but I order via the app so havent really gone in. I went in for the first time and the place was cute and small. It's at the Carlsbad mall so it's convenient. I met the cashier and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I asked the cashier a question and she made me feel like I was an idiot for asking any questions. They she charged me for something that I didn't ask for. I'm not the type of person for confrontation especially since I was on the clock for work, but man... did I feel like I was incompetent after walking out of there.

This is a smoothie tragedy. Ordered the health nut excited for a peanut butter banana zinger creamy cocoa type experience.... naaaahhhh, not today. I wanted a mid day pick me up & I swear I've gotten the health nut before from a different location & had a creamy decadent experience upon first sip. Shaking my head, today this smoothie just was not the business... I'm dramatic...we know that. BUT being the most real with you - it tasted so flavorless, so bland, I did not know what I just drank. Literally I ALWAYS finish my drinks to the last drop, this one was painful to get down. My facial expression was priceless. Maybe an ingredient mix up? The pea protein just slapped me in the face - very rice tasting. I feel bad because the service was incredible & I got a free ginger shot upon check in: mmmm this tasted like the venom from a viper snake itself! Wow that shot was spicier than....good god. We all know ginger is AMAZING!!! So I sucked it up and took it back. Cheers

Not sure if I just chose the wrong thing, but my smoothie has zero flavor whatsoever. I got the Health Nut thinking it would taste a healthy Reece's with peanut butter and chocolate. Nope. All I can taste is the pea protein. This smoothie has zero sweetness, I cannot taste the cacao or the agave whatsoever. I can make a better smoothie for myself at home and save the $6.50. Not impressed.

What a great place for a delicious smoothie. The pumpkin this time of year is especially good. But the staff is wonderful, so willing to make sure you get just what you want!

I will not be coming back. Their açaí bowls are $8.55 and barely filled half way. I complained to the staff who offered to remake it, but they also said their portions were only supposed to be filled to the word Nekter on the bowl. Other places I visit are much more generous for the same price.
Best place in the world. Heavenly drinks. Best customer services. Fast order ready out of other juicers. #1 drink is blue berry blast and paya acai they both are purple smoothies.

Acai Banana Berry Bowl, 1/2 full- not like their posted pics. Seriously 1 strawberry in there and basically $10. Huge chunks of frozen strawberries not blended very well. Don't waste your money-GO TO EVERBOWL!!!!! Way bigger, tastes better, unlimited toppings- 1000% better
