We’ve been here many times and have always enjoyed it, so we’re not sure if there’s a new chef or new management but the food quality was unfortunate this time. We ordered the artichoke dip, steamed mussels and ravioli sampler. We waited about 35 mins for our food, then the ravioli and mussels were cold. We sent it back and then the replacement mussels were ice cold again. The ravioli was just ok, we used to enjoy the freshly made marinara sauce it was served in but it’s now served with what appears to be jarred sauce that is not very appetizing. Our server tried really hard to make it right and we appreciated the effort so he gets 5 stars but I’m not sure we’ll be back for food.

Happy Hour Daily 4-6pm, great selection of drinks and appetizers and the bartenders are super chill. The music flows and creates such a vibe in the place, centrally located in the village in Carlsbad this place definitely merits your attention.

Was wandering through Carlsbad looking for a place to watch a live game while getting some drinks and a bite. Walked into this place, sat at the bar, and proceeded to be blown away by the quality of food and cocktails served.Among the dishes ordered, the Spinach + Pear + Goat Cheese Salad was an unexpected standout, with the sweety drop peppers adding a sweet and pleasant pop. Also, the Italian Meatballs had a great texture, probably owing to an excellent balance of meat and breadcrumbs.As for drinks, there's a good selection of craft cocktails (aka "Specialty Elixirs" on the menu). Noticed a lot of people around us trying a wine tasting flight too.. will have to try that next time.

My husbands work rented out the entire restaurant for their holiday party and it was amazing! The drinks are super fancy with major mixology vibes. I had a spicy margarita with Tajin on the rim and it was delightful. There is a tie between my 2 favorite things about this restaurant and that's the food and the service. I have a pretty restrictive diet which requires no gluten and no dairy and it's hard to eat out. The person in charge of the food was sooo awesome, I wish I could remember her name because she made me feel so taken care of!! They made me the yummiest Flatbread that was gluten and dairy free and even tomato sauce free, which is another restriction I have. It was soooo good! With chicken and artichokes and olive oil. I also had short rib and they brought me out a bowl of yummy gluten free bread with hummus. I waa in heaven and very well fed that night. I will definitely be back soon!
Wine selection and recommendation by the wait staff was exactly what we’d have hoped for. Ordered seafood dishes that were well made and hit the spot. Happy with the random chance we took on this Italian spot.

Really great place for date night. Outstanding wines and very good food. Been here several times and it never disappoints. Great charcuterie options and mixed drinks. I have the salmon here a few days ago and it was fantastic.
