Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This last trip to Olive garden was very disappointing. I ordered my meal and requested a change in the sauce. I was not informed that there was going to be an up charge at $2.99 for a different sauce. Then when the food came out they couldn't even put the correct sauce on it. I had to have it go back and they still couldn't get it right after two times. It is interesting how they expect you to pay an additional $2.99 on top of the overpriced amount for the entree and they can't even get the order correct after two corrections. The food quality itself was very poor, not like it used to be. It seems that revenue has taken the quality out of the food. In addition, we were asked if we would like additional breadsticks twice with no additional breadsticks being brought. Aside from these two issues, the waitress did do a good job of service.

Great food and service. Very crowded but they were able to seat us in the bar if our group of four sat at a bar high table. A little loud.

they forgot our appetizer but charged us for it on our to go order and when i called to get a refund they took over such a long time to pick up

Everything was really good. I love the breadsticks, soup, salad, pasta. Everything was hot and yummy. I like that they have a smaller portion menu. I got the chicken parmesan with spaghetti. Which was delicious!.

Service today was excellent. Food very reasonably priced and came out hot from the kitchen. Plenty of bread sticks and salad.

I went on a Thursday night. I don't know if it was just our waitress, but we were a group of 12 people and they only brought one salad for the whole table, even though more than one person ordered salad. We had to keep asking for more, and it took a while each time. We ordered all the food, including a plate for someone who was on their way. The waitress decided not to place the order for the missing person, so when they arrived, everyone had their food except them. They took a long time to come and check if we needed anything, and they didn't offer to refill our drinks. The worst part was paying the bill. I've been to the Chula Vista branch many times, and everyone pays their share on the screen at the table, which is quick and easy, but they didn't use it here. The waitress took a long time to give us our tickets and pay, which I found impractical. The food was okay, nothing exceptional.

I've been to many Olive Garden locations and this one was not the best. Service was not very attentive and the gnocchi in the soup tasted off, with a fishy taste

Food was great. But I have to say our server made our lunch so great. His name is Alberto. Wis what a fantastic server/waiter. He was so kind, efficient and helpful.

We do love to come to olive garden, the food is good. The problem here is the servers, if you have the chance to go another location, do it. This time our server was really tired, made our order wrong and took forever to bring us the food. Also kinda gave us attitude for no reason. At the entrance, the host was talking about her private life and made us wait to get seated till she finished her story with her friends. Ridiculous

Worst customer experience, the servers will treat you as if you are stealing the food. You cannot share the food with family apparently. And manager support this behavior of servers so that they disrespect their customer. Never had this kind of experience at Olive Garden ever.
