We had the most wonderful experience from start to finish- our table, the service, the food and tea, everything. We look forward to making this an annual tradition.

Beautiful property with a beautiful setting for Pacific Point. Food and drinks where fine, the lobster roll was decent but a lot more bread than lobster meat. The wood fired bread was interesting and the complimentary olives and almonds where nice. I wanted to try the evening sushi here but didn't have time, perhaps next time.

Fantastic spot for happy hour and food. The sushi is great and the specialty rolls are not to be missed! One roll is enough to fill you up if you're not ravenous, they're huge! The service and outdoor seating was fantastic and their drinks were very good too. Skip the "Peachy Keen" and give the Matcha cocktail or the "Bare Minimum" a try, both are lovely.

Food and service were excellent. There must have been a special event because it was packed and extremely loud.

FYI, this place doesn't actually take reservations. They are apparently trying it out but have no idea how to handle it. We showed up at 7:50 for an 8pm reservation and it was an absolute madhouse. There was no one to check in with and no tables. We talked to 4 people who all said they would either find us a table or the manager. One of those people actually was the manager. All of those people disappeared and never came back. We finally found a table that a family was vacating at 8:40 and asked a server to clear it for us. We didn't get drinks until 9:30. Food came near 10 (when the kitchen closes). To be clear the staff is all very kind and the food decent. They were all clearly stressed and I saw multiple people yelling at the servers and demanding free food. I felt terrible for them. If I was staying at this hotel, I might go back early in the dinner hour for a drink and a bite on a walk-up basis but do not make a reservation here and I wouldn't try to walk in after 6:30 or 7 on a peak night unless you have a lot of patience, either.

First, there is no signage designating or pointing you to "Pacific Point", you'll have to ask for help identifying it. Second, thee is no place to check in. In truth it is first come first serve seating and despite the fact I had an Open Table reservation it was meaningless on a Tuesday evening. We had to sit far away from the music due to lack of options. Finally the wait staff was short handed and service was SLOW. Facility is gorgeous still but this mismanagement didn't occur under Four Seasons. But Hyatt? Huge step down.

Great food and service. We ate outside so it was a little chilly, but there were heaters thankfully. Great time

A beautiful bar area located inside the Park Hyatt Aviara. We stopped by here on two occasions during our stay, once for Japanese take-out, which was awesome, and once for an after-dinner coffee, tea, and a date at the Top Golf simulator. You have to check in at Pacific Point for the Top Golf experience fyi.In any event, this is a great, sophisticated spot to grab a drink or dinner at the bar. Pacific Point even had live music playing on a Tuesday night, which was very cool!

Wonderful staff - the servers, manager, general staff walking around, they were all so sweet to my mom and I, and my 18 month old daughter. Made us feel welcomed and special! Delicious food and fast service even with it being busy. Great experience!

My mom, sister and I went for the Christmas Tea to celebrate the holiday season. While the hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is well trained and friendly, the tea itself was disappointing. There were hardly any tea selections and definitely nothing seasonal or special about them. The food was bland from start to finish. And I mean BLAND. No flavor at all. Definitely not worth the $110 price tag.

We tried the holiday high tea and it was not worth the price. We were a bit hesitant to book here because it was so available and the reviews weren't great, but we were on a budget for a holiday team lunch and everywhere else was booked up already. That should've been a sign. The service was fine, the view was nice, but the food and tea selection & quality was sub par. Bread & scones were a bit stale and they type of sandwiches were... creative? But missed the mark. One of us had a dairy allergy so the alternative selection that came seemed to be the gluten, dairy, all-of-the-above allergy plate, so it consisted of no sandwiches, and just a few cherry tomatoes halves/slivers stacked on top of each other, a mini bell pepper half, a small endive leaf, a mini pear cut out (about 2" in diameter), and a strawberry with a hole cut in the middle with slivered up dried apricots shoved in it. Also only came with 2 mini desserts when the regular high tea came with 5. Add a small pot of tea (fills approx 1.5 cups) and a glass of bubbly and you can have this tea service for $85 + tax + 22% gratuity! Needless to say, we left still hungry (and disappointed) and had to pick up a sandwich on our way home...

Lobster rolls taste great order with no mayo and extra butter on the side. Yellow tail sashimi with jalapeno in Yuzu soy is a must.

A lovely afternoon with my seven friends was a great start to the Holiday Season. Thank you for having seven people at a table.. Everyone enjoyed the food, champagne and weather was perfect. Rhea Skolnik A bit pricey but it is a luxury hotel--after all.
