This place is great! This Panda is a regular for me since it is so convenient and the food is good. Entree/side/appetizer options are always available or made fresh for you, portions are generous, and everyone is so sweet. Honestly as a local it upsets me how many entitled unreasonable people going through are trying to give negative reviews for no good reasons like food was "not available" when they happily make it fresh for you within minutes, or the food isn't piping hot if they leave their food in their car and then drive 30-45 min away (no duh that's what happens to any food). To summarize, from someone who goes here enough to actually know this place, this Panda Express is excellent.

The girl working there I think her name is Yulisa (wears glasses) was really rude. She was not friendly even though I was really trying to be nice to her. It seems like she is miserable working there. I asked her about the new item on the menu and if she would recommend or if people have been liking it, but she just kept telling me we don't make samples (which isnt what I asked!!) Only giving 3 stars because the food was good. Poor service by the employee.

This restaurant is located inside the Vons grocery store at Plaza Paseo Real on the lower level. I've stopped in here a couple of times and found their customer service constantly solid. On a recent visit, it was right before closing and a few customers had lined up to order. It looked like they were making food specifically for those orders. Options were limited and I didn't want to make a fuss and have them make additional food, even though there is a sign clearly stating, if you don't see what you want, ask for it! They had a couple options that I would enjoy including chicken and green beans and orange chicken. The orange chicken just came out of the wok, so definitely couldn't turn that down. Both dishes were good and they alway stuff rice into the container so it's overflowing! I always add a touch of soy and sriracha for flavor with all my orders from any Panda. Keep on Yelp'n!

Average to so-so food that is inexpensive. They have a very annoying habit of not having items ready making you wait a long time to get it. Even run out of orange chicken and they can see when they are getting low. Just not well managed.

Small portions. I always give Panda Express chances and they always seem to disappoint. They always look like their out of menu items, which is even more disappointing. Step up your game Panda and stop cheating out your customer's. Not only that, your overpriced and you never have any great specials, at all.

Came here after a long day at Legoland with my hungry kids and we wanted to pick up something quick to eat. When we got back to the hotel which was not far, the food was cold, hard, and flavorless. We had to throw out the food and my husband had to go out and buy something else for the kids to eat. It really ruined our night and was a big disappointment. I will not be returning back here.

Usually panda is a go to staple for consistent American Chinese food. Came here for lunch today at 12:15 and many of their items had not been cooked. Even a simple thing like their mixed veggies or super greens were a 3-4 min wait. Looking at the tray it wasn't cause they were out. It was a brand new unused tray and there was nobody cooking in the kitchen. If I'm looking for cook to order American Chinese food I would expect everything to be cook to order and probably would need to pickup stix instead.

Very immature staff p.m. there's a bit of a rush but I could tell he can handle it. I ordered a three-piece and I at home it was at 2 PS. I don't care as much of getting scammed as I do you love the rudeness

I think it's convenient and never get disappointed. Nothing special, but the eating area is usually clean and good to seat most of the time. What else would you expect?
